  • Doesn’t import. Charges more than listed

    By Daytimenightowl
I paid, or thought I paid, $3.99 for the upgrade to import my wishlist from amazon. After purchasing, the list wouldn’t import and I checked the settings multiple times and multiple ways (via app and website). Still won’t import my list. Then I discover I was charged $4.23 for the upgrade, not $3.99. Will be seeking a refund. I don’t like being ripped off.
  • Will not restore purchase. Only used 1 day

I have contacted via email and through the ap for support and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED! If I can’t use it I want my money back. Very disappointed. Even when I did have it I couldn’t get the wish list to import.
  • App No Longer Appears to Work

    By Zak7777
Signed up for their premium service and I couldn’t add any products on my wishlist to the app despite following the instructions precisely. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and that didn’t work either. Worse yet, I couldn’t restore the purchase. I kept being asked to repurchase it again.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You are about to fall for a scam. I bought the $3.99 Plus Package so I could import my entire Amazon wish list. The app failed to import at every attempt, claiming my wish list was empty or not public when it wasn't. The search function didn't work, either. The search occasionally showed some results, but particular products didn’t turn up. Exact product names/titles and Amazon ASIN numbers didn’t help. I deleted the broken app and contacted customer service to ask for a refund. The app developer Alexandros Koutsonasios claimed the issues were fixed. I checked the App Store for an update, but nothing turned up. I reinstalled the app anyway, hoping the update was “pushed”. It was the exact same broken app. The Restore Purchases button didn’t work, either. I contacted Koutsonasios again to ask for a refund and… Silence.

  • Cannot add Amazon Wish List to this application

    By littleZee
I purchased the Plus Package so that I could add an Amazon Wish List to Amazon Alert. I followed the instructions to add the wishlist, but I get this error every time I try to do it: “The wishlist is empty or not public. Please change the list settings. “. I tried making the list shared and then tried public with no success. Also, the wishlist is definitely not empty. Please advise. Bob
  • No internet connection

    By Shelby0123
Update: the internet connection error was fixed but because it took so long I had deleted to app. And as other reviews indicated, you cannot restore your purchase. When I try to add an item I get a message that says no internet connection. I have a friend with the same issue. Only had app 3 months. No response from developer.
  • Amazon Alert app

    By Gigihow97
Would have been 4 stars, but with purchased upgrade where you can list unlimited products, this app won’t let you “restore purchase” on another device with same iCloud account. I’m sure it’s Amazon being cheap wanting you to purchase separately for each device, but not cool and it’s not mentioned upfront.
  • Worst $3.99 I ever spent!

    By Maureenl1
This is by far the absolute worst app I’ve ever purchased! I downloaded the free app, then when I saw I could not import lists unless I paid for the full app, I happily clicked on “purchase”, because I do most of my shopping on Amazon, and thought this was a great idea. I could not have been more wrong. First of all, you cannot share the app between devices. I have an iPhone and an iPad, and when I tried to “Restore Purchase” on my other device, it would not do it. I’m not about to spend $3.99 to make a second purchase when I’m the only one using the app. I’ve NEVER before purchased an app where I could not share it between my two devices. I also read in someone else‘s review, that if you uninstall then try to reinstall the app, you are required to pay for it again, so I’m not about to try that to see if I can get the app working. Second, since I downloaded the paid app a couple of days ago, I have been trying to “share” my wish lists, to no avail. According to the instructions, you have to have the list’s privacy set on either “public” or “shared”. I am not happy with having my lists made public, so I tried the “shared” setting. It didn’t work. I get an error box saying that either my list is empty or not public, and nothing happens. I finally copied a couple of items to a brand new list that I did make public, and I’ve had all kinds of trouble trying to get that list into my “Amazon Alert” app. Mostly I get the same error message that I got before changing the list settings. I tried adding single products by going to “Watchlist” within the app, clicking on “+” and searching for an item to add. I would find my item, tried to share it to the app, and it would tell me “product not found”. Mind you, this is AFTER I searched for and found it within the app! Somehow during one of my attempts to get my wishlist into the app, I managed to get one item to show in the app, even though I was trying to get the entire list there, and there were a few items in the list. During my many attempts to try to share a list with the app, I did have a couple of times where it started to work, took an inordinately long period of time, then I got a message saying the list was sent to the app. The list is nowhere to be found in the app. It’s all just so frustrating! I’m so sorry I ever even saw this app, let alone that I actually paid for it. If I could give it less than one star, I would have. So what I have now is an app where all I can really do is see “Deals”, which I can do any number of ways for free by going online or using my regular Amazon app. I might as well have taken my $3.99 (not counting tax) and flushed it down the toilet. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! It’s totally useless.
