Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep! Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest. My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night. AUTOMATIC MODE: Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept. MANUAL MODE: If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed. 1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep. 2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping. 3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up. NOTES: Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

  • Not always consistent

    By KSinCA
When it records data, i love the simple layout. But in a month, it’s failed to record about 10 night’s of sleep and I’m not sure why. I like the automatic tracking. I can’t remember to turn it on.
  • How Automatic is this app?

    By 1andOnlyLB
The instructions indicate that you set the app to automatically track your sleep, where your watch to bed and the app will do the rest. Well, did all of that and when I opened the app this morning there was no sleep data at all.
  • WAIT!

    By Reddoggrover
It takes several days of use to calibrate to your personal readings. Then gets pretty accurate.
  • Reader problems

    By Nurses aide
I am a reader and sometimes wake up in the middle of my night and will be reading on my phone but because I’m not moving enough the watch doesn’t consider me awake. I do like this app very much just wish there was a way this could be fixed

  • Didn’t even register sleep

I tried it for 2 nights. One with manual sleep log and one without and it did not log any sleep both nights. Disappointed it seemed like a good app
  • Sleep is very important

    By Eileen Landreth
The quality of sleep is a huge factor in your health. I spent the majority of my work life working nights. First with my children then to be able to make and attend course work and other appointments. After retiring my body was so used to avoiding a circadian rhythm it was a struggle to adjust back. This app has been so helpful in showing me how to readjust my schedule by becoming aware of my peaks and restlessness. I now am able to cope, I feel better, am overcoming insomnia completely and I am much happier. Eileen P. Landreth
  • Stopped working

    By russmurr
As of 3 days ago it no longer sends data from my watch to the app. Tried rebooting both phone and watch. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing. This seems tied to my upgrading to the paid version strange as that sounds. Please fix with update if possible.
  • Watch Me

The Apple Watch app is great! I never remember to turn the manual off so it’s perfect for me. I like that it works with the Health app too.
  • Some issues

    By Snap Alongs
Having some issues w the iwatch 3 using this app- sometimes the track sleep button doesn’t respond. Have to delete the app from phone and watch to get it working again. Have had that issue 3 times. Giving it one more go.
