Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep! Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest. My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night. AUTOMATIC MODE: Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept. MANUAL MODE: If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed. 1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep. 2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping. 3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up. NOTES: Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

  • Completely inaccurate

I know I slept terribly last night. I was up and down. I watched YouTube videos for at least an hour from 2 to 3. I get the results this morning. Tells me I slept for over 8 hrs of restful sleep. Worthless. I wish I kept my Fitbit.
  • I like it!

I seen others make the same comment. The addition of the automatic sleep detection is what brought me back. I tried using this in the past and pounded interesting but a little bit of a novelty because I would forget and not consistently track my sleep. Now I don’t think about it and just go to sleep. The next morning it tells me how well I slept. I like no brainer applications like this. The other thing that helped me was I finally broke down and upgraded from to the new Apple Watch. Considering they won’t give you any return value on first generation watch, I kept it just for my sleep monitoring. I put the soft rubber watchband on the old watch and transferred my stainless band to the new watch. The old watch stays on the charger during the day and at night I swap watches. Perfect setup!
  • Very disappointed

I had read so many reviews and thought this was going to be a good one. I suffer from insomnia. Every night since I installed the app the results have said that I was awake 0 minutes of the night. It’s 3:35 am right now as I type this. I’ve been wide awake playing Facebook since 2:45. I just checked the sleep app and it said that I had been asleep the entire time and that it was actually the best sleep I had so far tonight. I couldn’t disagree more. I will be searching for another sleep tracker to use! 😩
  • Issues with not detecting entire nights of sleep

    By mikem333
Worked great for a month then very erratic. Probably not updated to be compatible with the last Iwatch update. I was participating in a sleep study and now they are getting inconsistent data or no data. ————- Mine worked great the revert was inconsistent. I never know when is going to track. On average it is now tracking ~3 nights a week.
  • Poor sensory capabilities

    By MJCrall
The app can’t tell the difference from sitting down to read and sleeping so the data is completely inaccurate. A big disappointment.
  • App not available for Apple Watch4?!

    By Ariecon
I guess I’m just confused, it looks like it’s supposed to have Apple Watch support. So I’m assuming the app should be visible on the Apple Watch? Also, there is NO WAY to do manual mode..... yet, it monitored my sleep last night...?!
  • Stopped working

    By grandma 111
It did work fine but it stopped it hasn’t worked since the 20th and today is the 23rd. And yes I did double check and do the switches over again but it’s not showing me anything still.
  • Automatic tracking does not work

    By PFjellman
I’ve tried everything I can to get automatic sleep tracking to work. I wear my Apple Watch to bed every night. I’ve contacted supported. I’ve turned all the settings off and back on. I’ve deleted the app from my phone and watch and reinstalled it. The automatic sleep tracking just does not work. No data ever shows up in the sleep++ app, nor does it show up in the Health app. I’m very bummed as this was one of the main things I wanted to do with my Apple Watch, and apparently it’s working well for others.
  • Thinks I slept for 3 weeks

    By heyyou9999999
The automatic sleep tracking sometimes fails. In particularly, if you manually click “start sleeping” on the watch app and forget to turn it off, it won’t ever detect that you woke up and will record that you slept (for weeks) until you remember to turn it off. Also, there’s no ability to correlate sleep data with other health data, making the information fairly useless.
  • I wish It worked.

This Ap does not work on my Apple Watch Series 3 & IPhone X S Max. I paid for it and have e- mailed the company several times and receive no response. When it comes to Health the should make sure it works. Hopefully they fix it after seeing this Review.
