  • No family sharing

    App has potential but advertises family sharing for up to 6. After you buy it and try to use it they tell you family sharing is not allowed, unless you give them more money. Then they will give you a discounted rate for family members. What a scam. To bad apple let’s this go on.

    I like this app for working out at home without having to think about it and to keep my workouts fresh. I do wish there was some way to modify some of the exercises, like doing modified push-ups on knees or walking as cardio instead of running. I was hoping that this app included more programs geared for the woman’s body, but I feel as if this was made for men.

    For me this app is amazing!! The interface is easy & intuitive. The demo videos & easy replacement of exercise make it easy to modify workouts on the fly. It keeps the work outs fresh & fun. Love it!!!
  • Super slow lately

    Apparently a database upgrade is pending that will fix this but this app hit a brick wall recently. I launch it and wait. Tap the workout button and wait. Tap it numerous times before force quitting the app and relaunching it. It is nearly unusable because of the slowdown. Great app but unless the speed issues improve I will not be renewing my subscription.

    I’m 16, very new to working out, and I absolutely love it. The app takes into account that I’m a female and I’m working on toning rather than building muscle. Demonstrates how the exercise should be done and takes into account how much you’ve used each muscle group so you don’t push it too hard. Really great app, I paid for the yearly subscription and I use it with almost every workout!!

    It cannot replace a trainer but it gets me through days i am not with my trainer! It would be perfect if it would let me log the exercises (not all there) done with my trainer (even if the logged custom workout has no muscle group logged/impacted).

    Seriously. I’m a mildly overweight 40-something woman who really never picked up dumbbells or barbells at the gym. This app makes me motivated to get to the gym. It’s easy to use and customize to your gym and your abilities. It’s so smart - I’m usually surprised when it suggests I do an exercise with more weight than I previously used and I can do it! I’ve doubled my lifting ability in just a couple months. Amazing. Great app and worth the extra monthly subscription.

  • Fantastic app for gym and home workouts

    I have tried various apps and I found this app though a friend. It’s perfect. It has a variety of exercises you can do at home or at the gym. You can choose the equipment that is available at the gym or at your home. Even if you don’t have any equipment you can set it for body weight only exercise. It has a option for including cardio in your plans, supersets, and a warmup. It will give you a option on what body parts to workout, shows muscles recovery that you can edit, suggest how many reps and sets, allows you to set the amount of time you wish to workout, etc.. It’s just a overall great app that I would recommend.
