  • So so

While this does block many ads, there are two things which is is utterly horrible with: blocking ads that mute the music on my phone; and, it’s “exceptions” list. With the former, probably 2/3 of The websites that I stumble upon have an ad that pauses/mutes my music, whether or not its audio then starts to play. With the latter, I have lost count of the number of websites with a prompt that asks me to add their website to my adblocker app. Upon doing so, no amount of refreshed ever makes those websites load properly. The bottom line, i think, is that there isn’t much competition in regards to effective as blockers, thus giving Norton essentially zero incentive to make their product better.
  • Amazon rewards pop up keeps popping up

Is there not any way to keep this from happening?
  • Protection, not politics

  • Symantec is anti-American

This app, just like the company, is nothing more than a pile of garbage. If you love America, stay away from Symantec.
  • Successfully Blocked Amazon Winner Ads

    By Ro Patel
Yesssss!!! I could not even spend ten seconds on popular sites like ESPN or local newspaper sites on my iPhone Safari browser before getting a pop up saying congratulations for winning an Amazon prize that would require me to close out the tab or reload the site to try again. Once this app was installed and I followed the easy in app instructions, I have not experienced this pop up in 5 days. And at no cost! I highly recommend this app for this known iPhone ad blocker.

  • Useless

No idea how it’s got a 4.5 average. It has no effect, except possibly slowing my browser.

  • Not working for me

    By KD7654
I installed this because I keep getting that “You have won a $1000 amazon gift card” pop up. Installed this, went back to my article, got it again immediately. Update: Have had this on my phone for about a week now and it hasn’t changed anything.
