    Overall, it’s very helpful and easy to use over the PDF/Book version of her program. Love the amount of content in it; how many different programs you can do, challenges you can join in, community you are a part of, etc.

    This is a wonderful & easy app to use! Love the exercises & levels. The meals suggestions are a valuable tool. Love the new update, even more user friendly! (Hopefully the next one has more of the food options that you were asking about!) I’m also kinda partial to the fact it’s all women working to support each other, motivate & push us through.

    I had a personal trainer I saw every day for 4 months, and I have gotten better results from this app. You can pick your type of workout, and they even have options if you want to work on one area of your body. This app is absolutely incredible.
