  • Love it!

    By Uclawinnee
Great workouts that always kick my butt!
  • Seriously so good

    By Bridgette44
I started this program because nothing else worked. I needed something I could fit into a busy mom/work/wife schedule and the 30 minute work outs can’t be beat. I finally was able to see improvement without starving myself or drastic dieting. I simply changed to a 90/10 (gotta have a little goodies in there) healthy eating diet, I DID NOT give up carbs, and I’m probably eating more now than I used to, I’m just eating the right things. It took me maybe 2 weeks to see changes, and some weeks I lacked serious motivation, but after about week 7 I started craving that after work out feel. Now, I’m only down about 5 lbs but I am down in inches and feeling strong and healthy. I am almost done with my first 12 week challenge and will do another right after.
  • Good workouts, bad app

    By sbmassey28
I get so frustrated with this app because if I close out of it I cannot get back in. It won’t let me login with my username and password or with Facebook. If I forget to write down the workout of the day I can’t even do my workout. It’s very annoying and I hope you can fix this issue because I’ve already bought a year of subscriptions.
  • Love this App

    By msteffenino
Love this app and how there’s so many different workouts to choose from. Makes me feel accountable for what I should accomplish during the week. Only tips I’d give that I’d like to see in a future update is with the yoga I wish it would notify you somehow to move to the next position. Maybe with a vibrate or the app tell you the next move.
  • app glitches a lot

    By Craycray789345
I have had the app for about a week and with almost every workout I’ve done, the app either momentarily glitches or completely quits and loses my wokout!! Very frustrating.
  • Great, but...

    By Typing Gal
This app is really good in terms of the weekly workout plans, delicious meals, and motivation, and the only thing I would change would be adjusting the calorie deficit/amount to the individual person's needs.
  • Disappointed

By KC and the sunshine band
I started out with the BAM workouts, and I found them difficult to follow. There’s no voice over so you have to watch the video on your little phone screen to know which move is next, which is hard when you’re in downward dog. The time allotted for the BBG workouts is unrealistic. They take longer than 28 minutes, and the time in the app doesn’t allow for any flexibility. Some of the workouts are also super repetitive, so it becomes boring when you’re on your sixth lap of push ups.
  • Over charged!

    By maddie12231991
They charged me more than the yearly subscription without a word about what it’s for! And you can’t talk to anyone about it via phone.
  • Disappointed

    By Kneely27
After releasing new programs within this app in Dec. 2017, the BBG community had continuously asked for glitches and major app flaws to be fixed. Being that these programs are within a paid app, this should’ve been done quickly with an update. However, I was disappointed again with this recent update (now Mid MARCH) that the Apple Watch and the PWR program within sweat are STILL not compatible. This is beyond frustrating for a paying customer of over a year, who has given completely sufficient time for sweat the fix these problems. The fitness quality within the app is wonderful, however the technology behind the app just can’t pull it off unfortunately.
  • Beginner?

    By NSiscaretti
I’m on the trial week for this app and selected beginner. Honestly the arm workout it gave me was VERY intense and I hurt my wrist from all the push up type exercises and burpees. I can see how this app could be great for getting into shape but there is not really anything for beginners? If there is a more beginner track then the app is too confusing for me to find it.
