  • Best shape of my life POST BABY

    Honestly, if there was an affiliate program for selling this app I think I would have made a ton of money so far - LOL! My results have sold this program to countless of those who know me. I have never been overweight, always was active - but never in amazing shape. After I had my son, I promised myself I would stick to this program, 1.5 years later I am in better shape than I’ve EVER been in (also that happened by like month 4 of doing this). I love that I can do them at home (with minimal equipment) and when I’m able to hit the gym I can take it up a notch with PWR. Love love LOVE this program and community. For what it’s worth I am also a single full time working Mom of a toddler - and I get it done girls!! YOU CAN DO IT!
  • Overall app has good updates. Lacks basic functionality in recipes and Apple Watch integration.

    I renewed my subscription recently after not being on the app for over a year and the app is now way more user friendly with videos and instructions. Also, my favorite feature is that is syncs with my Apple Watch automatically. As soon as I get home from a walk and open the app it logs my walk without me having to do a thing. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the lack of functionality in the meal prep/recipes tab - I wish there were a way to look at all recipes instead of having to look at one day at a time. It’s too simplified. Also, the integration with Apple Watch workouts could be be robust; an example would be that it atleast should import how many minutes your workout was, etc.

    This app is amazing, and the addition of Kelsey and Sjana make it such an awesome value! I do Kaylas BBG program plus Kelsey’s PWR In days where I have time. I’ve never been in better shape and never felt healthier. THANK YOU! Highly recommend and worth every penny!
  • Too many glitches

    I think the concept of the app is great- I use it most days. I wish that the app was actually up to date with many other apps- personalizing, adding to Apple health kit, and just functionality. I get kicked out of my app all the time, the schedule says I complete things when I don’t, and there’s no way to log previous activity- I don’t always use the app on runs or bike rides or other exercise. And if I forgot to log it for the day, I’m outta luck.
  • Choppy yoga sequences

    App overall is probably three stars right now, yoga is two. I like the app, like most of the workouts. I plan to keep with it, but you guys have to do something about these awful yoga sequences!! You’ll be in the middle of strength two, having just gotten in mountain pose, taking a breath, and suddenly you’re suppose to be in child’s pose transitioning into table top?! I am a yoga beginner but I know enough to know that there should be transitions! By the time you get down or up to where they wanted you to be you’ve missed 15 seconds of a stretch and you can’t restart a pose, only an entire sequence. I realize this is the epitome of first world problems, but this is really frustrating and makes me want to skip all the yoga on the app, which is a big reason why I downloaded it. It should not be hard to simply add a transition and I can’t believe the “yoga expert” thought this was ok.
  • Love the workouts, tech issues are a bummer

    I love the programs that come with this app. I continue to pay the monthly fee regardless of some of the technical issues that I think really need to be worked out. The timed workouts are awesome, but I want to be able to check my email on my 30 second rest and have it still count down. Also, others have mentioned that sometimes they skip right to the cool down without knowing how. His has happened to me several times and it is verrrry frustrating! However, you can’t get training like this for $20 a month anywhere, so I keep it!
  • App on watch is buggy and doesn’t sync properly w/ app on phone.

    I just figured out how to have the app on my Apple Watch & when I was trying to use it & see how it works on the watch the app on the watch froze. Close & try to reset the app but it doesn’t do anything & I have to restart my watch to restart the app. & I though the app on the watch would sync w/ the app on my phone real time but ended up saying that I did the same work out twice because I was using the app on both watch and phone to see how to properly do the workouts.
  • Glitch?

    Sweat logged me out just now as I arrived at the gym and it will not let me sign back in. I tried logging in with Facebook and it won’t allow me to do that either. I even tried resetting my password and it gave me another error message. I used the app yesterday as well as earlier today to get the items I would need for this workout. I’m not sure why the app has glitches and completely will not work- I even deleted the app and redownloaded it and it did not fix.... upsetting since I pay the monthly membership.

    I’ve been an avid exerciser for years and was looking to change up my routine after having two babies back to back. The challenge and flexibility of using BBG from home was just what I needed. 28 minutes and done! I’m about 1.5 years in and these workouts never get old. I feel constantly challenged and have loved getting to keeping upping my weights!! I’m also impressed by the quality of the recovery sessions. So needed after these workouts!! Such an amazing investment in your health. This app will make you STRONG—in both mind and body!!

    The Sweat app is great and has so much to offer. I do BBG and have had great results.
