  • Mindfulness Meditation

I have been doing meditation for six years. I find this app is a good addition to my daily practice. The dates do not change as well as I expected, so I just wait one day for it to catch up. The yearly rate is a little pricey, but might be worth it to others.

Top Notch. If you are an athlete in any discipline this is for you...only if you want to compete at the highest levels. Nothing better to train your biggest muscle. From the material to the customer service you can not go wrong. Once you try it and see yourself growing mentally you will agree. Give it a shot. The only risk is that your mind gets right and your game gets tight. Everyone just get Lucid!!!

Lucid is great for athletes who want to learn to live in the zone of higher level composure under extreme conditions. It teaches you to focus on the present, here & now. Allows you to remain in the next play and to operate with deep level of concentration. A must for elite level athletes.
