You will also have 24/7 access to a stream of advice, stories and interviews that will keep you motivated and inspired. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: Each week, you’ll select themes you’d like to focus on, which we’ll use to completely personalize your Mending journey as you move further from the breakup and focus on rebuilding a life you love. OUR STORY: We are a female-founded startup based in Los Angeles. Elle, our founder, started Mend because she went through a breakup and couldn’t find any affordable support that resonated with her. She launched and Mend with the mission to mend broken hearts. LISTEN TO TRAINING: Listen to short, bite-sized trainings every day that will help you mend. You can become a member to unlock more daily training. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS: We never get sick of hearing about your breakup. Keep track of Days Since Breakup, Days Since Last Ex Contact and Self Care Activities as you mend. We also ask a daily question about your breakup to help you reflect, and you can write in your confidential journal whenever you need to get something off your mind. READ ADVICE: Read authentic and heartfelt stories and advice about heartbreak, relationships and love from our amazing community of Menders. Even during the hardest break up, I felt a pick me up using this all. Great articles I could relate to and daily advice that really helped with soul searching. Healthy way to help with the road to recovery after a broken heart.

  • Great help

I tried this app because of a targeted ad on Instagram which was a little funny to me. I’m glad I clicked on it. There’s a lot of bad advice on the internet. It’s given a lot of really helpful insight, has made me feel accompanied in the pain and confusion of a breakup, and has helped me focus my thoughts instead of drowning in them. Thank you!
  • Must have

  • When it works

I am a subscriber and it literally will not let me access content. Getting ready to cancel the subscription. Last thing you need in the middle of a heartbreak on an app that is supposed to help you with heartbreak IS AN APP THAT DOESN'T WORK!!!

There are way better apps for this out there that don’t send you insulting emails.

I love mend!!! This has helped me tremendously with my breakup, but also continuing to find the best and truest version of myself and strengthening my self care. I love listening to the trainings every night before I go to bed since I used to call him every night but it replaces that and makes me feel fulfilled. However, I like to revisit the trainings that made me feel the best and most inspired. There is a way to re listen to them, but I wish I could just press a star or heart to “favorite” that training and then I could click on a designated area to find the ones I really really loved! I like being able to rate the trainings and my mend journey is very personalized which I enjoy as well. But if I could just have a little folder with all of my favorites I would love that!! Thanks mend!!!!
