Mile Logger automatically logs your drives when you start driving. Mile Logger is totally free and have no feature limitation. You can share your location with your friends, family members or anyone who care about you. Highlighted features: • Detect your drives and logging them automatically. • Classify drives with a single swipe. • Merge multiple drives. • Calculate drive distances. • Capture drives in miles or kilometers (m or km). • Store your complete drive history. • Add parking, tolls, vehicle information and notes. • Create or edit drives as needed. • Export data to CSV by email. Battery consumption disclaimer Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. MileLogger is designed to limit iOS GPS usage by reading GPS data only when location is significantly changed. As a result MileLogger has minimal battery usage impact. After test of a few month, MileLogger consumes only 1-2% of battery in 24 hours which is far lower than similar products.

Just pay for a real mile logger. This app is absolute CRAP! It decides when it’s going to work. The entire month of December it didn’t record ONE Uber ride. It didn’t even log the 15 uber trios I did this morning. It hasn’t logged ANY activity in weeks. But, you get what you pay for. Don’t pay for a good mile logging app and you won’t get one.
  • Stopped tracking

I really liked this app until today. It didn’t track any of my work mileage today. Ugh!
  • Garbage, won't work without ALWAYS tracking you

Just want to be able to log business miles, but if I don't allow ALWAYS tracking you can't do anything with the app. Deleted.
  • Decent tracking but can’t export report

    By Barrett265
The app does a decent job capturing all my trips but I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now and haven’t been able to export a report showing the miles that have been tracked. With out the report I will have to create a log by hand to submit for work. I’ll give it one more week and if I can’t get it to work I will look for a different app that can actually produce a report.
  • Option to manually enter trips.

    By Amy_206
I wish there was an option to input missed/list trips manually. I drive up to 6 hours a day to see different clients and nothing is more frustrating then to have some trips logged and others not with no way to input the missed trips. I’d say as far as logging trips, it’s been pretty hit or miss, maybe actually logging 75% at best. I like that I don’t need to login like other similar apps, but I wish there was more consistency or at least an option to put in those missing trips so I’m not stuck tracking in separate places. I’ve been using this for over 3 months and this is what I’ve noticed.
  • annoying ads

EDIT 2018-02-15R not really better okay, so the popup ads might be gone but the inline ads are bigger and more pervasive. this isn't much better. i'll pay to remove ads. i recommend the Moves app. while Moves may make too much data for most users and might not be able to generate driving reports, there's no ads and you can download all your data. that's what i was using MileLogger for, but the ads drive me bananas and there's NOTHING users can do to get rid of ads. i can't stand this. ######## 2018-01-11 original review seriously give me a way to buy out of ads. just take my money and remove the ads. please!! at least $2-$4 easily! i pay for pandora because i can’t stand ads!!!
  • This COULD be awesome... but it’s not

    By FusionDude
Initial setup is less than intuitive. I thought I had everything configured but it still wasn’t tracking. Finally I went into location sharing and manually granted access to the app. The auto logging feature is awesome... when it works. I haven’t figured out a pattern to when it decides to track and when it doesn’t. The ability to simply swipe to categorize trips is very easy. Unfortunately there doesn’t appear to be a way to change your mind after. As others have noted, sometimes a trip can get fragmented. Fortunately there is a very easy way to merge trip segments into a single trip. Unfortunately it’s not clear in the interface which segments are being merged and (you guessed it) there’s no way to split them apart again. For someone who logs business miles daily, this could be a useful tool. If your business miles are less frequent, I think you would be better off sticking to your paper log book
