    I scoffed at the idea of meditation...humming and touching your index finger to your thumb, right? But here, these trained professionals guide you through without pressure, pretentious attitudes, or money schemes. The app seems to be developed by those genuinely seeking to help others. You WANT to continue the series because being able to calm your panic or stress (rather than relying on others) is an invaluable skill and you actually feel relief. Without a doubt, I’ll be signing up for their subscription because it is an affordable release for my brain. Between class, hoops for higher education, a social life, and other responsibilities, I hardly get time to breathe and don’t even realize it until it’s too much. That’s where this app comes in.

    Easy to follow. Many topic options from which to choose. Different guides voice the mediations. So...lots of variety in topics and voices. All of them are encouraging and looking forward to guiding you through the next day’s meditation, but they don’t pressure to perform.

    There is a little bit of something for everyone in this meditation app! If you are in a hurry or stressing at work or anywhere really, there are a ton of 5 minute meditations that you can choose from based on what your situation may be. There are longer meditations, and more 5 minute ones too, but those you have to pay for on a monthly fee. There are a good handful of free 5 minute meditations and they are good or I wouldn’t take my time to write this review. If you invite a friend to download this app, you get gifted 2 free weeks of unlimited use. I’m not sure if it’s only one time or if you keep inviting people and they get the app, you keep getting additional 2 free weeks. Overall, the monthly fee is not much (I think maybe $5.99/monthly), but you get so much, from sleep, stress, mindfulness, focus morning meditations, evening meditations and everything in between. I was gifted with two free weeks because I sent it to a friend who just got diagnosed with cancer. In closing, I am seriously considering paying for the monthly fee. They continue to update new meditations and no worries, you still have your favorite ones. I’ve barely touched the beginning of what all is offered in the app and it’s already helped me. I have an autoimmune disease which forces me to be isolated a lot and emotionally and mentally it’s depressing and lonely. I suffer from a lot of painful arthritis throughout my body. So, when I do find something that can help me with all my issues, I really go out of my way to share and let others know that this little app holds a gentle but powerful punch! I highly recommend it!     Positively life changing. I am a type A, battling the ups and downs of bipolar disorder. This app is indeed a Simple Habit that has had a phenomenal effect on quieting my mind and reducing my anxiety. The coping skills I am acquiring and the level of awareness that I am achieving has helped me in all environments, both professionally and personally. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to raise their awareness of mindfulness and quieting their souls.
