  • Used to be a great app

Now I have to agree to a user license before I can use the app I paid for in the past?! I don’t want to pay a subscription to use the cool filters and effects. It’s really too bad they ruined such a nice app. I am deleting this app.

Prisma is in a gray area for me, so I feel like it should get a score that reflects that. I loved Prisma when it came out. It was so interesting to see your photos become paintings, sketches or whatever. It genuinely was a marvel at the time. But since then, not much has changed. The quality of AI interpretation hasn’t really gotten better and now they limit you to low resolution demo images and a much smaller bank of filters unless you give them $20 a year. Do I believe that developers should get paid for their work? Of course! But Prisma fails to build on its original thesis from two years ago and brings no further innovation to the table.

Kind of hard to read your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service when they aren’t links, they’re just underlined text. Wonder how many people didn’t bother to click on them...
  • Used to love this until.....

I loved this app when it was free. Then they wanted 19.99 a year to get “more filters”. Well, ok... payed the 19.99. Now I can’t use my app until I agree to the privacy and terms of use, without being able to read them first. Screw you Prisma! Subscription cancelled!
  • New privacy policy stinks!

  • Do not purchase this Application.

There is not customer support. I paid a 19.99 for a year to use the filters and they banned my account for not reason. They have a key option in the application where anybody can report if you post inappropriate content or in case you harass another user or stalking... if by any chance another user didn’t like your photos or you make any comments people won’t like, they will go to this key and report you. The funny thing about this is the same user can press this key report key option as many times they want... Prisma has and automated system that will shutdown or banned your account after so many times somebody report you.. the thing is that people make false reports because they just simply don’t like the cats pictures you post or your dogs or your nice car etc... this application needs to fix this loopholes! This app aloud other users to decide who’s account should be banned. Instead they should have a key like any other social media application where you have the option to block the user ... I sent over 8 emails to Prisma asking them to unbanned my account. At least to write me back and give me a logical explanation of why they are banning my account... I sent emails to all different emails they have... no response no answer my account continue banned and they got to keep my 19.99 dollars I paid for this application.. so my sugestión my friends is not to purchase or download this application.:, it’s really not worth it. This company is located in Russia and owned by a guy named Alexey Moiseenkov. Now you understand the lack of service and customer support! Thank you.

i don’t trust an app that forces me to give explicit permission to my data
  • Intrusive

New update actually requires that you consent to receiving spam emails from them and their partners - won’t let you use the app if you don’t allow this - deleted forever...
