    These are the exact same recipes as in their South Beach Diet app. Even though the recipes are not necessarily SB approved. It's by calories/meal so it kind of works for 5:2 . Some decent ideas but most very high starchy recipes. Not what most would normally choose for 5:2 or South Beach. Also The alkaline diet app is identical. No effort in any of these to represent the diet except a tiny bit for 5:2.
