  • Not working after last update

Can’t connect to kickr in Apple TV or direct on iPhone. Had been working well as of Friday
  • Fantastic but needs a refocus

I find the UI to be a bit clunky / clumsy on iPhone and Apple TV. Seems like your goals are to be the same on every platform instead of following design guidelines or best practices for each platform you support. A good example of this on iOS is that it’s not really clear if the view I’m touching is a scroll view or where some buttons might actually do. Seems like a lot of the touch targets are too small for iOS. It just doesn’t feel like an iOS / tvOS app. Some effort and money should be put into finding out what that feeling should be. I know this is a known issue but using Apple Watch as a heart rate sensor reliably shouldn’t be this difficult to support. Apple does all the hard work here and provides you with what you need. It’s not really clear to me what the Mobile Link app is or why it exists. Or why I need a Zwift Apple Watch app and a Mobile Link Apple Watch app. Is there an intent that the name “Mobile Link” should convey?? Overall I’m glad that this product exists and I’m definitely a fan.
  • Cannot get it to work for more than 3 seconds

    By 11624
I really, really don’t want to leave this unfavorable review, but I’ve been trying to use the iPhone Zwift app all morning. It hangs up within 3 seconds of clicking RIDE. It won’t even WATCH for more than 3 seconds before hanging up. It becomes totally unresponsive. Tech support responded quickly, but said they can’t help me, they don’t know why I’m having the issue. I have an iPhone X, but it’s supposed to be compatible, no problem. I’ve rebooted the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app; same results. Zwift appears to work on the computer, but my computer doesn’t have Ant or Bluetooth. So I’m stuck. And Zwift seems to have quit responding to my requests for help. I’m at a loss, can’t use my new trainer with Zwift. If there’s ever a resolution, I’ll modify or leave a new review.
  • Terrible!!!

Built by amateurs, do NOT waste your time with this app, or the zwift program!!! It wii NOT work! Be fore- warned!!!
  • Still no Apple Watch support

    By RacerGreen
After struggling for a half hour with your backwards incomplete instructions, Apple Watch heart rate does not display on the Zwift screen. All software is the latest version. To get some perspective, Zwift had their development engineering team prioritize making riders heads big for April fools day instead of adding support for the worlds most popular heart rate monitor which has been out since 2015.

  • Country flags

My country flag is grey out! Very disappointing to see only flags of selective countries 👎
  • Apple TV app needs some help

    By Jimmy90
First off I want to say that I love this platform. Has changed indoor changing forever. Honestly not sure if it is an issue with the kickr or Zwift but when using the Apple TV and then mobile link for the Bluetooth connecting, there is no feedback to the kickr most of the time. When just using the app on the iPhone and mirroring to the Apple TV there is no issue. Would love to be able to use zwift to its full potential by using the Apple TV and the mobile link, but it seems like connecting is difficult. Thanks developers for your hard work in making this a great platform.
  • Needs music

    By Little10Foil
I have used zwift with my wahoo kickr + iPad + iPhone and most recently did a run using my treadmill + Apple Watch + iPhone. This app is pretty dope. The only thing it is missing is super awesome music. I love the music that Sufferfest provides. Zwift if you could hook us up with some cool tunes like Sufferfest I would be all in and give you a 5th star.
