  • Laptop?

Does this app work on a child’s laptop?
  • App not worth the money

    By Mamameanmug
This app doesn't work as promised. After backing up my daughters phone, and checking for new content through the app on my phone, no new texts appear, although she has been texting on it all day and searching the web. Not worth the $14.99 monthly subscription. Edit: They support staff for the app has been contact. Have yet to hear from them and that was over 3 weeks ago. My child’s phone now has been disabled fully by this app. No way to get a hold of these people. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP AS POSSIBLE. Second Edit: Just received yet another email from the developer? Same automated email I received months ago. This app did not work at all. I had to uninstall it (months ago)and it messed up my daughters phone. Would not recommend it to anyone. Not sure as to why these people are contacting me now when I tried to get ahold of them months ago. Maybe they should check their spam folder. Horrible customer service.
  • Warning!!

This app dose not work it is all fake. All the 5, 4, and 3 star reviews are fake, made from fake accounts! Unfortunately I was really hoping it would work. It made my phone crash every 5 minuets or so and it was running really slowly. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was from a Hindu guy in India.

  • Seemed good at first

Not only does a backup have to happen daily, if your child deletes any texts before the backup then you won’t see them. The only good thing it did was allow me to control the apps but that can simply be done with an iPhone parental setting. I kept being asked daily to shut off the two factor authentication which is a security measure on the iPhone so I refused which led to many issues with the app.
