  • Started out doesn’t work right at all.

    By Rockin mommy
Initially this app worked great and as described, however since Apple did its last upgrade it is terrible. They have now offered me the app for free for a lifetime? Great but if it can’t be fixed what’s the point? They have sent me emails suggesting directions to fix that don’t work and it takes 1-2 days for a response and there isn’t a readily available number to contact them. When I awoke this morning, it yet again was not working, not turning our son’s phone on per the schedule and then locked me out of the app. It would not accept my password and then when I clicked on send me an email to reset password an error popped up. So frustrated, wanted to continue to love this app.
  • Hard to install

Could not get app to work on initial install. Troubleshooting the trouble was difficult as well. App still not working.
  • Help?

Is this safer kid I wanted to say that when can I add my credit card to my iPhone but without safer kid charging me money how can I cancel the purchase in saferkid so it can’t waste my money in my credit card
  • Not compatible with iPhone Two Factor Authentication

    By sj76
It seems that the only way to use SaferKid to monitor text messages (iMessage) is to disable two-factor authentication. I am interested in security AND privacy for my child. So I don’t want to disable two-factor and that means SaferKid doesn’t work for me.
  • Terrible Security

    By NateMullins
App allowed my daughter to reset her Apple ID because of the 2FID. Not very secure.
  • Not worth it! Very disappointed!

Purchased this app in March, only worked periodically if even that much! Emailed support and their excuse was a version update and they would give me two months free...on the renewal of my NEXT years subscription! Ha, horrible joke! Support emailed me back again with sorry it didn’t work email Apple for a refund, basically they are saying...we have your money and we got paid, so bye! No help at all! Don’t waste your money!
  • Wish it would have worked

    By KLFH
Tried the 7 day trial but unfortunately it did not work. My daughters phone backed up fine but only a few texts showed up on my phone. If this app would have worked I would have been more than happy to pay for it. Hopefully they can fix all of the issues soon.
  • One problem after another

    By FGistarb
The app worked ok at first, then it went down recently for over a month as they supposedly fixed bugs & it’s been a disaster ever since. Currently looking for a better more reliable app that doesn’t have one problem after another.
  • What a joke!!

Don’t download this!! If you can’t get it to work they charge you and refuse to give your money back!
  • Rip Off!

    By Never Die Jewelry
This app and site is such a disappointment! STAY AWAY! I downloaded and signed up through the app with a free 7 day trial. It never recognized my sign up information. 24 hours later, still trying to activate the account during the free trial. The 7 day “free trial” has been canceled and I am expected to pay to use. Why would I pay for something that I can’t even begin to set up to see if I’m willing to make the financial commitment. Perhaps money would be better spent by SaferKid on making sure their product is working and usable than all the advertising dollars! I will now be looking for a working parental monitoring system since this one is worthless!
