  • Super good, but needs some fixing

    By bbardo
This is a super good, functional, quality game, but I still think it can improve. Firstly, the energy is a little frustrating for me. There is so many things that there really is no point in having, such as a refrigerator or couch besides the fact that you can interact with them in events. This is why I think the sims should have needs. Needs are the things that really make the game come alive and make you empathize with your sim. It gives you a reason to keep playing (oh no, my sim looks super nasty and gross and smelly, I should give her a shower, etc) and it’s much more interactive and gives the sim more reason, especially with babies because they’re kind of just there. If your sim is participating in the cooking hobby, if they want to make something, they’re really just making it to make it, because there is no point in eating it. Along with that, I think there needs to be a way for me to know when my baby or sim or teen, etc, is going to age up. I have a baby and she was born two days ago, but hasn’t aged up yet and I’m really anticipating it, but I don’t know when that will happen. Finally, the use on objects/energy. I know I already stated this, but the fact that you have to wait 20 hours or so after using the bed is so frustrating to me. I know that with the whole energy thing, it racks up more profit, but you can do that with packs and such. I know this is kinda long but I hope you can take this into consideration and I think it improve the game a bunch!!

I’m a HUGE Sims fan and have been for years so when I heard about them coming out with this mobile one, I had to snag it! I had Free Play and Ambitions but got bored of them after awhile. I’ve also had Sims 3 or 4 (can’t remember, it’s been so long lol). This is a great game with awesome graphics (Thank God lol), but some things could be improved like: 1) Idk why in the world it takes so long to refill energy via bed, toilet, shower, etc. In REAL LIFE, it doesn’t take that long. Like who sits on the toilet for an entire day unless they have the runs? Even then, NO ONE lol. And yeah, I know it’s a game and all, but like seriously? 2) Same thing with parties. A party in REAL LIFE doesn’t last 24 hours. Like would you want to be at someone’s house partying for 24 hours? Uh no. 3) I think that we’re advancing WAYYY too fast. I only downloaded it a couple days ago and I’m only on level 14 but that’s not the issue. The issue is these objectives (“quests”) popping up so early into the game telling us to get married and have a baby. I and I think some others would agree with me that we would like to do that on OUR time and not yours. 4) I think that there should be colleges, schools/daycares added. I think there should be concerts, hiking spots, camping, fishing, etc. Just more places to go and interact and NOT spend the entire 24 hours there! Same thing with jobs. More jobs added. Maybe a cop, firefighter, even making a Sims retail store and working as an employee there or at a grocery or pet store. I wouldn’t mind seeing some non popular ones like a ghost/paranormal or alien hunter, lifeguard, or something. Something that isn’t common with what we have now. 5) I’m just now starting to buy my things for the nursery to have a baby. I haven’t obviously had the baby yet, but since reading the reviews, others are saying that there’s absolutely NO social interactions with our babies??! What the hell?! I think that we should have social interactions with our kids and be able to take them to the park, school, or daycare while we work or go to college or whatever. 6) In regards to jobs, I think that we should have pay raises added. I know we have promotions but I’m not entirely sure if we get increased wage every time we promote? If we don’t, then it should DEF be added! You (the devs) know that everything is expensive to buy in this game which takes me to my next point. 7) Everything is hella expensive in this game! If it doesn’t cost CASH then it’s gonna be expensive as hell paying via Simoleons! I understand that your using the cash cow method as others have stated but still! Be fair to us! I know you guys make bank lol most of here on the “outside” don’t and don’t want to spend real money paying. What fun is a game when your practically being forced to pay for all the good looking stuff? You could do half and half. 8) When we first started out, we were thrown into a random house that we couldn’t choose. On another Sims I played years ago on PS3, we could choose our house as we had a couple thousand dollars given to us for free. Most of the good quality houses were locked which was fine because I didn’t mind working my way up to unlocking it (not by saving up my CASH). I’m hoping some new houses/real estate will be in the near future. Upon throwing us into this house, you decided not to give us any actual NEIGHBORS other than the randoms that come strolling up and down our sidewalks. I would’ve liked neighbors that we could visit. Maybe have neighbors come to our house and give us “welcome to the neighborhood” treats/dessert. 9) Ok, the social interactions in the game with real friends that we actually know. My best friend and I are on each other’s friends list on here via code. We would like to see us move in together (not one or the other of us creating a new sim and doing it that way). Apparently to her, my sim and her sim have met and started a BFF friendship together and I am getting ready to move in with her. On my screen, I’ve never met her in my life nor have seen her! But, on her screen, it’s totally different! I hope you know where I’m going with this. But, just adding a better social interaction so it doesn’t seem like it’s 2 different worlds on 2 different devices. I would love to go to her house (not “view home”) and do like a sleepover or go clubbing with her or something. 10) Adding multi-story housing would be a HUGE gem! 11) And not only that but being able to add additional sims and not have it cost CASH. I would rather pay it via Simoleons (ex. 5,000). 12) Wouldn’t mind seeing pets in this game even if it was just a hamster rolling around in a little ball in the living room floor or a fish. That’d be AWESOME! 13) One annoying this about this game is getting the same to do list every. single. time! Change it up! And not just that, but the fact that we can’t SELL our items that we put into storage. In real life, you can sell your items that you have locked into storage. A lot of things are expensive in this game and selling things for a bit of extra money like the app OfferUp would be a really big improvement. Our inventory is just getting clogged up and for what?! This is apparently a real life stimulation game but it doesn’t feel that way to me like how the others are (SIMS 3-4). 14) You took away our chores/responsibilities. I’m talking about paying bills like the mortgage, electricity, or whatever. It’s better to have those in the game. It’s like your trying to make the game easier for us or something by not adding that stuff in. We LIKE paying our bills and doing other social interactions! 15) And lastly, this has nothing to do with the mobile game itself but PLEASE add a Sims game to PS4. You guys would make so much more profit from the consumers/general public! Idk why you guys have turned it down and won’t do it! I’ve been waiting for years 😭 *P.S.: I’ll add more to this list if I encounter or think of any other issues/improvements. Hopefully I won’t have too.

  • $30 and no Hot tub?

    By Grapol
I spent a lot of time and money playing the Hot Tub event. Instead of winning the hot tub I won the same swim suits over and over again. Other than that I have enjoyed the game so far. I don’t think I will spend anymore money though.

This game has better reviews than fortnite, in fortnite reviews people say the controls are terrible and that it doesn’t work on the iPhone 6 or lower! I also heard that THERES A WAITING LIST.... This game is WAY better than fortnite. Instead of getting fortnite I suggest getting this game. This game got an Apple Story, DID FORTNITE? NO! Fortnite doesn’t deserve to be #1 in simulation, this game does. To you salty people out there, saltier than fries, this isn’t hate on fortnite, it’s just to prove this game is way better, 5/5.
  • Is this a bug?

    By favorite game ever tbh
A random sim has been in my house since the first day i played the game and she WILL NOT LEAVE. there is no option coming up for me to ask her to leave and i’ve even tried being mean as can be. she just stays there even while my sims work and breaks my things/eats my food/sleeps in my beds. PLEASE tell me there is a way to solve this because i am getting very very irritated with it.
