    Since my cancellation i have been bombarded with calls from the number I registered for with this app. Once I got AT&T “Call Protect “I have logged over 90 calls, like in two weeks.

    I created this line, and soon as I tried to use it, it told me I didn’t have enough money on my account. There was no guide to tell me how I was supposed to add funds. Yet when I cancelled my subscription it still charged me the 9.99. This is the worst app ever.

    We could love this App but we can’t resolve major issues even after talking with Customer support and trying options listed under Trouble Shooting. If my phone is active meaning I am looking at it, the App works fine... the phone rings when calls come in and if I don’t answer it then it goes to my Smartline voicemail as expected. However, if my Iphone is at rest and I don’t mean do not disturb, I mean I’m just not looking at it and the screen is not active... then the calls do not ring and it always goes into my personal mailbox not my SmartLine mailbox. I have reinstalled this app four times and tried all suggestions given from customer support. So if this isn’t resolved it defeats the purpose of the app for my company’s use. How could this not be throughly tested before GoDaddy started selling the app? 🤨

    A Complete Disaster! Switching to SmartLine has cost my business thousands of dollars in lost sales because calls are not going through and voice mail does not work. Tech support is non existent. I spent more than two hours on the phone with tech support. The person’s who was helping me kept putting me on hold to send emails to someone else. After all that I’m on the phone, I was told that a SmartLine expert would call me. Instead of a call, I got a canned email that didn’t come close to responding to any of my problems. The email was completely irrelevant. I also tried doing online text chat. I gave up after waiting for more re than an hour.

    It started off a bit clunky, some of which is to be expected (your connection is only as good as your internet, it’s not the app’s fault). However, just recently it’s telling me I have two messages, yet when I try and retrieve them it just loads and loads.
