    I love the variety of exercises, of meal plans, and of goals. This really feels custom tailored when you get to chose your fitness goal, your food preferences, and if you’re trying to lose weight, gain weight, or build muscle. I also love the quick classes to do when you’re short on time!

    Her workouts are high pace and intense, but she starts out with modifications to adjust to your fitness level. In time, they become easier and your progression will be dramatic. No matter what diet you follow, Jillian has a meal plan for you and the recipes are delicious! It is also a great app for expecting moms.

    This is very customizable which is perfect. You can customize the length of the workout and the areas you want to focus on or just select a specific workout plan. I am a big Jillian fan and this is a great compliment to her dvds.

    I just completed week 3 and right from the beginning I noticed my body shape was slowing changing. My weight has remained about the same but my arms and legs are getting some definition and my clothes feel a little bit loser. I was going to the gym and found myself doing the same cardio and same basic exercises but not pushing myself. I’m doing the Slim 60. I’m getting used to some of the exercises but some days I keep pausing every 40 seconds out of breath. Because of this I take 30-45 mins to complete a workout. I don’t like the meal plan. They require A lot of ingredients that I don’t use in my kitchen. I also eat out a lot so maybe having some popular restaurants menu included would be helpful. Last thing I would like to see a variety of music to keep me motivated. Overall I’m happy I found this app. I plan to try it for several months and maybe get the annual subscription.

    I’ve been working out with Jillian since Jan of 09! And this is by far the most convenient way to travel wit her! I’m in love with this app. Not only does it have your daily workouts but meal plans are a super plus! Highly recommended and addictive workout for any Jillian junkie or Jillian newbie! ❤️💪🏻

    I love the workouts! Tests me everytime! I wish there was a rewind tab. I'm not as familiar with some of the names and the 3 second count starts and in5 seconds into the excercise before I remember it. Starting the menu suggestions next.

    Let me start with the positive points 1. The workout I am doing is in segments of 20 seconds, which is enough to start feeling something but not overly taxing in the repetition 2. There is a brief few seconds between each 20 second segment as the video loads. 3. So far on day 4 I have done different exercises (cardio, strength) alternating so your muscles have time to recover as I am not in shape and need recovery. 4. The sessions have been between 20-30 minutes which is do able. Negatives 1. There is no explanation of how to do the exercise. Jillian announces the next exercise but I waste some seconds watching her to see how to do the exercise. I am not fluent in the names of all the exercises 2. The food logs: I don’t live in the US so I don’t have access to all of these ingredients so I wonder if this app will help. 3. I used a Jillian Michaels app a few years ago and I see to remember it having more on it than this one. 4. I live in a flat so it is not possible to do all the jumping necessary for some exercises. 5. I am sad that after a month I don’t see much progress. I have to keep motivated

    I love the work out routines and being allowed to customize them. They challenge me without making me feel like I am totally out of shape. The motivational advice and progress picture options are a definite confidence booster! Only the meal plan doesn’t work for me as a mom with two picky eaters. Too much effort for me, but the recipes inspire some new family meals. Also great: no equipment needed and with the app on my phone I have no excuse to skip too many work outs... even on vacation!

    Workouts are so amazing! Quick, hard,fun,fast! The meals are good. I wish there was a few things in the app that aren’t. I wish it totaled your calories for you. I wish when you looked at a recipe you could see the ingredients. I wish there was a way to go back and forth between meal plans by day. I don’t always want omnivore and some of the other meals on the different plans look really good, but I don’t want to change the whole week’s set up. I love Jillian! The app is colorful, recipes are good and easy!
