    I'm really happy that I found this ap. I've been using it for about 10 months now. With each update workouts get better. It's a great compliment to my other activities which includes physical therapy and cycling. It's both challenging and fun. My favorite work out is the "90 day program". It has a good variety of strength training and HIIT. The menus and other features look great but since I’m a former reg. Dietitian, I don’t use them. This is my favorite exercise ap.

    I have been using Jillian Michaels for four months now, doing maximum 15 min exercise daily, and I have lost 18kgs. Friends gasp when they look at me. I couldn’t follow the diet plan. Just imagine how much you can achieve if you consistently follow both workouts and diet plans

    I’ve followed Jillian on Biggest Loser, have a few of her workouts and she is true to her word. She is a beast! Even on a beginner level though have been working out for years she still gets me huffing and puffing through those mini workouts. I like the customizable features of this app love how it feels she’s right there with you. I’m in my 40’s and this app has modifiers to follow. Great for those quick workouts for people who don’t have enough time in a day but still can get a good sweat on.

    I have not tried any other app like this so I cannot compare but I love this app so much I don't care to try anything else! I've only tried one 30 day workout so far (slim) but I love how you can customize to your fitness level! I have done JM body shred video and this app and I have gone from a 10 to a 6 and lost 15 lbs. I love the recipes on the app too! This app allows you to Change things up! I'll review again once I use this app more. I have only had it for about a month. The uploading of your own music doesn't work most of the time, I could get it to work once. I ended up playing music on my I phone and hooking my I pad to the tv. Gotta have my own jam especially on cardio days! I hate cardio! Update. Still loving this app! Adding your music works great now! It's been a couple of months now & I have tried several workout programs now & I get better & stronger every day! Currently working the ab section cause that is the area I need the most work & carry the most weight so we see how it goes. This one though has cardio every other day though, I don't know what I was thinking cause I hate cardio! Better get amazing results is all I can say! 😆😂 Jillian definitely keeps it interesting & is always changing it up so you do not get board! Update: I’m still enjoying the app & it continues to get better. Somewhere along the line the cardio went from 50 Sec & move to 20 sec a move & that is easier for me & I find it easier to push through. If there is a particular move you don’t Like or find to hard you can change it & I like that! I’m trying all the different workouts so there is always something different no Plato! Each update they do makes the appearance better and easier to use! I recommend this to all my friends and family and coworkers!

    I’ve used Jillian’s 30 day shred and other programs post baby and loved them! Fast forward to seven years after my last baby, post graduate school and a slower paced, more time in front of a computer job. Mama got tired, lazy and chubby. After looking into gym and trainer options I was discouraged. Between work and kids there isn’t a ton of time to spend at the gym and my day schedules are not always the same. Then I️ found Jillian’s app. Downloaded and started. It’s perfect! Amazing workouts tailed to kick my butt and motivate me back into shape. I’ve been using this app for a little over two weeks and look forward to my daily butt kicking on my own schedule. Thanks Jillian for making this mama strong and full of energy again! Mwah! 💋

    The app works great and exercises are fun however lots of bugs to fix still. 1. Goal weight: if I set goal weight at 140, app tells me I passed my goal by 140 lb (???) 2. My calendar is a day off. So it shows me I exercised tomorrow and even tells me how many calories I lost. 3. Meals: really need to be proofread. Ex: ingredients call for almond butter. Directions call for peanut butter. 4. Videos play most of the time while exercising but some of them just show a timer on screen, as if video was unable to load. All that being said, I am enjoying the small changes in routines everyday. And I will give developers a chance to fix this since app is still new. I have started already to notice results in my endurance. Many months later of this 3 stars review I am increasing it to 5. Bugs are constantly being addressed. App is constantly being improved. I have lost 30+ lb since starting following both meals and exercise. Highly recommended to anyone that is willing to find the 30 min a day.

    (November 2017). This app keeps getting better every time it updates. First off. Thank you for fixing the orientation problem with iPad. No more upside down Jillian! I love the reminders, changing daily workouts, and credit for calories based on how many minutes you actually worked out. It’s great the you can set the time between exercises so you can perform them longer. Once again. I love this app! And Jillian! Lifetime subscriber for sure!! (September 2017). It is hard for me to get started but once I did I look forward to mornings working out with this app. I am 50 and working to maintain my weight plus just move myself with exercise as I age to stay healthy. I love that Jillian can go with me on my runs to! I will remain a lifetime subscriber. Yeah! :-D
