  • App full of major bugs

The game itself is not bad but only if you can play it. I used to play everyday but my account disappeared and reappeared very often. I requested to erase an empty account associated with my Facebook and restore my actual account. It has been a month since then and my account has not reappeared yet. The app and the support need major improvements.
  • My kids love it!

I play this game just as much as my kids. There are only a few things we think should be changed. It’s hard to level up because you only get xp points for evolving dinosaurs. Also the battle stations should be available to play if they are within your blue circle. It looks weird parking in front of someone house to be able to reach the battle station. They should have a further range. Also, Our dinosaurs are higher levels now and it takes a lot of gold to evolve them. Other then those few things it’s a lot of fun.

I like this app a lot but I want to be able to get unlimited epics and legendaries. They’re everywhere in my area and I can’t get them all.

The iphone x notch blocks the top information so I can never tell how much cash I have. You guys should at least keep up with what the latest phones are considering you guys make an AR app. Not to mention there are tons of connections issues that pretty much makes the game unplayable.

  • I’m so tired of fighting raptors

Every time when I enter to battle and I had unlocked Nublar jungle, I used every dinosaur that are good with perfect strategies but then these annoying raptors had to come by and kill off my team ruining my perfect strategies. Then adding to the insult of injury, they almost send me to nearly back to Fallen Kingdom. I was always forced to fight those raptors and hoping it would kill them but they always had to pick the pounce, impact, and strike that are stronger. This game is completely luck based at this point. I had 0% of strategy and only 100% of luck. I don’t feel like I can beat this game anymore. I seriously hate those raptors. Another problem I had is with players hacking the game. They made their own dinosaur over level 14. One time I fought the stegodeus, and it killed my T. rex. Another time was worse than last time. A freaking Indominus Rex came in and slandered my whole entire team. Usually raptors just slander my team, but this hybrid just came in while I was on level 9 before, but now I’m on 10. And I also fought monostegotops. I can’t do anything to win, I get they are supposed to be bots, but they never stop. Blow after blow, they kept on going like they are boning players in their a$$es (didn’t mean to put that there) just never stop. The 2 hybrids I now hate is gorgosuchus and postimetrodon. My level 14 postimetrodon attack stats are low which means it’s not worth using it for tournaments. And health stats on gorgosuchus is actually low. Can’t at least like make their health and attack stats more useful?? Like I’m having a hard time working up back to lockdown which I lost over twice in matches and I felt like I’m going to rage quit this game like not play this anymore.
  • When battling it glitches

I have loved this game but I’m getting tired of the game glitching when I’m trying to battle! It doesn’t allow me to just close the app I have to clear it completely while the match continues on and it causes not only me but others to lose too... Its getting frustrating I’ve gone down 2 areas because of this glitch and I worked hard to get there.... FIX THIS OTHERWISE I DONT SEE REASON YO KEEP THE GAME
  • SCAM

I love how the game is, but it’s a scam. I spent $5 on the game to get cash. It didn’t work. I tried it again. But it still didn’t work. Then I looked at my money and all my money was wasted because of this and I didn’t get anything out of it!!!
  • Addicting? Yes. A pile of garbage? Absolutely.

What a steaming pile of addicting garbage. I'll elaborate. Pros: Dinos, dinos, and more dinos. Many dinos can be combined with other dinos to make fake dinos It's fun (when not infuriating) Cons: 1) Drains more energy than all of New York City in the winter. Low power mode? What's that. The game sure doesn't seem to know. I will start off at 90% in low power mode and be down below 10% in under half an hour. Low power mode used to extend the run time of the game to a couple hours. Now I'm lucky to get half an hour. 2) Bugs. Battles have bugs, shooting dinos for their DNA has bugs, the overview map has bugs, strike events have bugs, everything has bugs. If there were bugs in the game, the bugs would have bugs. Or maybe they'd call them features. Let me regale you of a few I can think of right now — strike event battles in which the NPC opponent doesn't pick an ability, so you have to wait for 6 minutes while it times out; shooting a dino for DNA and the whole screen stutters (but only when releasing to shoot); holding down on an ability in a battle to see how much damage it will do (when no modifiers are in play) and having it do less, so you lose. There are more, but I'm so angry at this game right now that I can't think of them. Nonetheless, there are more bugs than a biblical plague. 3) The game developers are running a scam directly within the game. "Download this game and get 100000 power in 2 weeks and we'll give you 11000 JWA game currency." "Oh, it doesn't look like you ever installed it. Too bad, so sad." 4) Combat balance. Or the lack thereof. Also, they've reset the roster so many times that it's impossible to progress without paying absurd amounts of money to level up your dinos. Though perhaps that's the point. 5) The game devs are running a scam... wait, I said that? Oh. This is a different one. This is very clearly a pay to win game. You CANNOT under any circumstances, no matter how much you play each day, "win" in this game without dropping hundreds of dollars down on it. It's impossible. And it's so infuriatingly broken that it just makes a person want to break their phone in half when they lose 8 battles in a row because of all the ultra powerful people in low level areas. You can't even collect all the dinos without paying, because they give such a small amount of game currency that it takes months to get enough to level even a handful beyond about 10 or 15. 6) Excessively long load time. That's it. It takes an absurd amount of time to load this game, even with an excellent cell connection. 7) Map data. Specifically, parks. There are events that previously took place only in parks. In the whole of my city and outlying communities, there are something in the order of a couple hundred parks. So far only about a dozen of them throughout the whole city have been utilized by their park events. Why is it that a tuft of grass in the next city over counts as a park (4 ft diameter grass circle in the middle of a sidewalk), but the biggest park in my city doesn't? When I complained about it, all I got was something like "the company we source our data from doesn't mark those as parks." Well, then source your data from Google. Or Apple. Because all of those parks show up in those. 8) Mood. Games affect our moods. Most games make us feel joy. With all of the flaws in this game, big and little, all I feel when I play this game is the overwhelming urge to snap my phone in half. Why don't I quit, then? Because my friend plays it and loves dinos enough to look past the flaws. But even he has given up on half of what the game offers due to all of the issues. There are far more problems with this game, but that's all I can think of now. And my thumbs are tired. In summary, this game is a giant steaming pile of trash and does not have the polish or stability that a game on any of Apple's platforms deserves.
