Description

Simple, frequent alerts scheduled to remind you of repetitive tasks throughout the day (or week). Set beautiful, easy to understand reminders using natural language. Want to be reminded to regularly stand up and move? Be alerted to drink water every day? Take walks on weekends? Or call Mom on Sunday? Echo was born out of necessity. Echo is the perfect blend between an alarm app and a habits app, enabling you to take care of yourself on a daily basis. We are all aware of the things we need to take care of every day, but we frequently forget about the small things that are meant to improve the quality of life. That's where Echo comes in, reminding you to relax from time to time, go for a walk, do some exercises, eat a meal, drink some water, etc. In the end, it's all about developing healthy and mindful habits. Echo can be used for a lot of things, but our main goal was to encourage our users to remember the smaller things in life that can help if done regularly. You can set up reminders as frequently as every 10 minutes, have them start at a particular time or after you launch Echo, and repeat until an end time or until a number of cycles is reached. You can have echoes repeat every day, on weekdays, on weekends, or setup your own custom day frequency. Track how frequently you perform an action from the “Stats” screen and measure your performance. Echo is free to download and supports three simultaneous reminders (echoes) without unlocking. Customize your echoes further with our unique sound pack and add some fun to your reminders.

So far I’m really diggin’ the app, but there aren’t a lot of text characters. You can’t type in an affirmation for example. Seems like this app is best for quick reminders like “drink water” vs. a sentence or 2.

I love the idea of this app, but it wasn’t executed the right way. U have to pay 3$ for unlimited reminders. U can only have 3 reminders and pay for more! It’s a great app but expensive. I wish that they would maybe lower the price of not have a price.

This is a great little app. Tons of options. Not bloated. Looks nice. Clean and well organized. And most of all, useful.

I’ve seen better habit apps before... It looks like they just copied this one from someone else and sprinkled some BS on top of it. I don’t like the confusing UI or how poorly it works.

I super love this app. I've tested the three reminders that comes with the app and edited them to fit my lifestyle. I Learned what worked and upgraded my app. IT'S been so great. I have an analog planner but this app has been better for me to keep track of my habits. I've officially become a hybrid planner/reminder habits type of person. Another feature that comes in handy is the habit graph thingie. I feel so accomplished when I look at it. Thanks for this app!!
  • Really useful!

I needed an app to remind me to take better care of myself throughout the day and this seems to do the trick. The way you set up reminders is so much easier than in other apps. I love the suggestions, I actually ended up adding a lot of them. I would really like to see a snooze option in a future update.

This app is already saving my sanity in the few hours I've had it. The simplicity of setting up reminders saves me so much time and worry. As a teacher, I can schedule reminders for myself to make sure specific students go to the nurse for their medication at the right times on the right days. I can also make sure students whom go home differently on certain days will be sent in the right direction at the end of the day. This takes a huge load off my mind. As a mom, I can already feel the stress of remembering my kids activities slip away. Now I can easily keep track of soccer practice, ballet rehearsal and science club meetings. For myself, I've set up reminders to drink more water and take a minute to relax while I'm at work. I LOVE all of the sounds for the reminders, too! It's great how this app allows me to track my progress with my tasks as well. "Did I remember to send Nora home on the bus? *checks app* Yep, I did." This is going to save me so much time. Thank you so much for this awesome app!
