  • Standardize subtitles across courses, monthly payment option ?

    By montseguerrer
It would be amazing if you could add Spanish and other language subtitle options to all courses. Right now it is not consistent across content.
  • Awesome!

Thanks for inspiring me to cook again!
  • Just a logo

    By GeishaMx
Not sure if it’s my older iPhone or something else, but I get nothing but a big m on a white screen after downloading- disappointing.
  • Navigation took a second, but otherwise good app

    By JimHarmon
The navigation on this app was a little confusing. I figured out that you have to download lessons in order for it to play continuously. But then there’s some lessons where you can’t do that, but it streams continuously. I also wish there was simply lesson fwd/back buttons instead of having to jump back to the vertical menu. But if I do have to go back to that vertical list, I do wish it would jump me to the lesson I’m on instead of having to scroll from top to bottom. The background listening feature is great and clips start/stream very nicely with no buffering. I have revised my review from a previously frustrated 3 to a happy 4 stars.
  • Never starts up

    By TexasChris
I have tried to access the app countless times recently and it never starts up; the red circle icon just spins endlessly. I suspect it is due to the latest update where I am also not using the latest iOS update. I have a corporately owned phone and my company has instructed us not to update to the latest iOS yet and I’m wondering if the latest MasterClass update assumes users are also using the latest iOS. We as users should have control over version installations so we can control the timing of the various updates.
  • Not working

    By Sandman6395
The app has not worked on my iPhone 8 since the last update 2 days ago.
  • Overvalued Conten

    By Hollywood Biscuits
The app is fine for providing the classes of various “Masters” in various creative disciplines, but the cost is exorbitant for the available material quality and quantity.
  • TV app?

    By JP Legat
Content really shines - although some people are not really comfortable in front of a camera. TV version of the app would be great!
  • They still have not figured out the app

    By Sunday Morning Focus
The content is great- but MC is so far behind on the app, it makes it hard to justify keeping a membership. 1 out 5 videos will load for me
  • I can’t watch videos in full screen 😭

    By jjkbang
The new update is driving me nuts! I can’t watch the videos in a full screen mode and there’s no option to do it. Developers, please do something coz I’m having a hard time watching it in portrait mode with just a tiny bit of the video to view it’s really inconvenient however I personally love Gordon Ramsay’s class so even tho I’m having a hard time watching I still watch his class before I go to bed. Lol
