  • Major support for self-care!!

This app makes a huge difference in getting me to take time for self care. It’s so easy! I use it in my smartphone/iPhone so I have it with me wherever I go since I never travel without my MELT Ball Kit and MELT Soft Roller either!
  • Useless apps

By this nickname is taken right?
This app has no way to set up an account, there is no way to contact anyone, is completely and totally useless sadly
  • No option to create account

    By Pinkie diva
Am unable to sign up as a new user, was able to send an email to “contact us” . Will wait to hear back. So far though the introduction page is elusive and disappointing as there is no option to create a new account or info on how you can or why you can’t. Crossing my fingers for a speedy response and resolution of this disappointment.
  • Easy to use, love new videos monthly

I’m a big fan of having new content monthly and love that I get notified the moment new MELT videos are posted. The app is super easy to use and I appreciate the way things are categorized - makes it easy to jump quickly to whatever style video I’m looking for. Particularly love the MELT for sleep and hip openers video.
  • Poor layout

I just downloaded the app a few day ago and am unable to access the app.
  • Login issues

    By Reyerdaisy
As there is NO link in the app to set up a new account OR any information on how to do so AND when I tried to use the "contact us" link it wouldn't let me send anything to ask questions or make you aware of the situation. This is not currently the resource all the emails have led me to believe. I love the Melt Method and it had changed my life, but my closest class is almost an hour away, which is hard to go to when I am hurting. I am will to pay the monthly/yearly fee to have access to the information on the app, but you have to be able to log in AND contact the person responsible for the app when there's an issue. Very disappointing, especially considering the hype prior to the release. I will edit (if able) or submit a new review if these issues are addressed, because the concept is awesome, just the reality so far is lackluster
