  • Problem with sending money

    Been using this app for over a year now and nothing but great success with it until a few weeks ago when It would not let me send any money. I click the send option and then I pick my recipient to send to and right when It starts to load the amount section it gets stuck loading and I can’t do anything except close the app. Also I tried reinstalling the app and the same thing still happens. Please fix because I’m constantly using this app? Update: 5/27/2018- I got it to eventually work by deleting my recipients and inputting them back and it seemed to fix the problem. Update: 6/20/2018- Been working great since my last update with no past problems recurring. Thanks for the update fix.
  • Can’t scheduled automatic payments for BIF

    Attempted to schedule monthly automatic payments to credit card for total balance due on a specific day, like I can with Capital one and chase credit cards :-(

    I love the Bank of America App. I especially love the easy transfer funds option and the budgeting graph that keeps me conscious of my spending habits. It just keeps getting better.
  • Was great until Zelle and now Érica

    Get all the garbage off the app. Quit pushing it and putting it in the way of what I want to do. Voice control because I’m too lazy to look at the screen... ridiculous! 20+ years with BofA and now I can’t stand to use the one tool I use of theirs... manage my accounts with the app. I don’t use atms or go in the branch. I don’t call, I use the app. Not for long now though.

    This is not a feature I will ever use but I’ve opened it accidentally 5 times already just scrolling through transactions. This is annoying. The non-answer sales pitch response doesn’t help me with the annoying Erica garbage. I deleted the app.
