    I had a problem with the app not loading on my iPhone & I reset everything & what worked was resetting Navigation. What I HATE about B of A is spending hours on hold waiting for a agent. I found it quicker to drive the 15 miles to my local branch where I sit & wait there to see a customer service person. WHY does BofA think wasting our time is irrelevant?? I’m actually thinking of changing banks because this is getting worse instead of better!

    The BOA app is pretty simple to use. Never really had any issues. Only thing that I had to call about was when changing my address on the app it let me change it but wouldn’t delete the old address. I had to call about that and have a customer service rep update it for me.

    One of the best financial apps on the market. From the security, functionality, and UX - this app is the standard. The UX team should spend some time w/the web team - the website could use a little attention. Nice work crew - keep it up!
