Reviews Everyone who is alive must have this type of password organizer for all of your crucial accounts. A close family relative who works for Homeland Security turned me onto this great app, which he uses all the time. I love this app and use it constantly for just about everything. I used to write down passwords and kept them in my wallet until it was stolen! What a mess! I uploaded the Keeper application and since then my life has been less complicated. Password Keeper is the only thing that keeps all my passwords in order and me, sane. Keeper is definitely the best app on the market for keeping passwords and other confidential information. • Don’t make me pay to use this app.

    By Timmaya22
I use to really like this app. I was a great way to keep a lot of data in the same place so I didn’t forget. But once the makers made it so I can’t even use this app without paying for them to back it up is crap. The app will automatically log you out if you don’t pay them. It will not even let you look at your data without buy that subscription. I liked having the choice to pay for the back up if I wanted too, but not being pushed to have too. I will be looking for a different app for password. Don’t waste you time on this app. You will lose everything you put in it if you are not willing to pay.
  • Best Password Manager

New: First, this service was free, then the charge went to $9.99/yr. Now you want $29.99/yr. You guys are charging way too much for this basic service now, it’s ridiculous! I’m going to switch to another provider. Old: This app is awesome! It holds an enormous amount of memory and allows me to easily access my passwords securely! I'm so glad that I purchased the full version which allows me access to so much more than just a free trial. I recommend this app to anyone that has a lot of different accounts and/or several different Usernames and Passwords to remember!
  • Unannounced subscription based access now. Cannot access without paying.

This app is now a subscription based app. All of the passwords are now being held hostage for $30/mo. There was no warning. I went to use it and I cannot access anything.

EDIT: Now they have officially locked me out of this once free app(which was highly rated by CNET). They are now holding all my passwords as ransom for $29.99. You don’t even get an option to go in and delete your stored passwords. Beware downloading a free version!!!! UNTRUSTWORTHY app developers that use these tactics with your personal info!!! I was happy with this when I downloaded it about a year ago. Since then they have ramped up annoying threats to delete my data unless I upgrade. Every time I log in I get two annoying emails reminding me to upgrade to the payed version. I have need for these features. I just want a secure place to keep my passwords on my device. Screw them. I'm going to spend the hour to move my passwords somewhere else. I can't believe they think it's a good idea to threaten their customers into upgrading. Don't trust this company with my data anymore. Apple should shut this crap down.
  • Love it!

I show it to everyone when they are having trouble remembering their passwords. It’s a MUST HAVE and syncs all my devices instantly.
  • Ripoff

Had keeper on my iPhone, switched to android a few years back and transferred without much problem. Recently moved account expired, but I elected not to renew knowing I was considering going back to an iPhone. Ultimately did change phones again, renewed keeper in the last month and am now getting expired messages and can not access the account I just paid to renew. Get it straight Keeper. Once this customer leaves, you’ll not get me back.
  • Very disappointed with these developers

    By Tbonedaddy
I have been using this app for some time now. First it was free then certain features were removed without paying for a subscription. For the most part I was satisfied to just have the data locally on my phone. Then slowly more functionality was removed until today I can no longer use the app without paying the $29.99/year subscription. I’m sure they will raise their fees and remove more functionality until you promise your first born. Would not recommend this app.
  • So disappointed

This app was amazing until they want you to pay $30 a year for it. What happened to the free version? Just give me the basics for free, then if I want to upgrade to the better version, charge me! Instead they logged me off so i can’t have access to any of my passwords! I’ll pay for another password app before I’ll give money to this one.

I purchased this app years ago as a simple way to store my passwords. It was a free trial for a few months and cost only $.99 year after that so it was a simple inexpensive product and it worked well. They then raised the price suddenly to $9.99 and disabled my account unless I paid the fee. Oh, and the program suddenly “crashed” as well. Intentionally I believe. I had been using it and felt like I was being exhorted, but needed my passwords so I paid it the $9.99. I wrote all my passwords on paper just in case....and guess what? The next year they raised the price again to $29.99 and now my account is fully disabled. They start saying my back ups are not happening and to renew, but as of today I have no access. Thankfully I don’t care and the greedy developers can go pound sand. There are plenty of password programs out there for minimum cost and the developers have ethics.
  • They are Bully’s Don’t Buy !

    By LCB Tunes
I bought this app a few years ago. Did not need to keep a lot of information so stayed with the free version because I didn’t need a lot of bells and whistles. They have been bullying me to upgrade and now have cut me out of my information totally....not cool. Don’t offer a free minimum version only to block your information. I totally would never trust them !!! Just wait.... You will have to change and gradually pay more or LOSE your information. Rip Off.
