    I’m most likely to log everything I eat when the data is already in the system. Great program. I like the reminders it sends me to keep me on track.

    I used this app and lost 22 lbs. it is very easy to use and bar code scanner is helpful. I don’t have the premium version, but the free on is still very helpful. I usually input my daily stuff in the morning and then if it isn’t on my list, I don’t eat it. App works great with my Apple Watch and tracks exercise to add calories. Love it!

    I really like the Lose It! App. It has everything you need to have great success achieving your weight loss goals. It is really easy to use and the catalog has info on pretty much every food and drink you can imagine. In addition if you don't find your selection you can creat it yourself! The app does all of the calculating for you, calorie intake vs exercise, and shows you your allowances and keeps track of it all. I find it very helpful to see how much and what types of foods I am eating. It graphs a break down of your fat, pro and carbs. It's fun to connect with your friends and encourage one another through the app! Pretty much the only thing the app doesn't do is purchase the food & cook your meals for you!

    I've been using it and enjoying it BUT the latest update is making the app crash upon opening it. Also the app shows sodium levels when entering but won't total it like calories. Shame on you for not offering it in the free app. Everything shouldn't be about money and more money!

    This app is truly a blessing. I was struggling with losing weight for years and this app has broken that struggle. I was able to lose over 3 pounds my first week. This app is easy to maintain. I will eventually upgrade to premium.

    It’s easy to count the calories, plan ahead, be motivated, and best of all, lose the pounds. My son uses this. He’s a bodybuilder. He counts the protein, carbs and fat intake with this easy to use app. In 12 weeks he is shredded, losing fat and having the right amount of protein to pack on the muscle.
