  • Alpha numeric record locators

It’s about time this app would support these which are prevalent in Europe and South America
  • Very good

I like the app. It is very simple and useful. You simply take your hotel or plane or any travel reservation and email it to them and literally about 30 seconds later they’ve got it saved in the app. Then you can combine all the reservations and call it one trip. Very useful especially if you have either several trips, or several reservations on one trip. Then you get notifications the day of your reservations for flight delays or gate changes and the like. I do have some constructive criticism for the developers of this app: people look forward to their vacations a lot further out than one month. But your countdown goes by month rather than days until you get to that final month. Whether you’re got 59 days or 32 days, you guys still call that two months. Why can’t you just always make it by the number of days until vacation starts? Secondly, don’t know why you can’t change the name of the trip in both spots. You can change it in the “menu“ but on the countdown it kind of dictates to you what the name of the vacation is. I recently had a trip to that went to five different cities in Montana, Kalispell was not one of them. But for some reason they called the trip a “Kalispell” trip.
  • Seat Map Issue

    By hotttxboi
I’ve contacted TripCase via Twitter but they don’t appear to respond there. This app has worked wonderfully for me for years. Recently, I’ve noticed that classes like Premium Economy with American Airlines won’t show up in the seats section, so a whole 7-10 rows of seats won’t appear. For me, this is the only issue with the app at this time but is the available seat map is a feature I use quite frequently so this is important to me.
  • Used to be great. Now useless

Stopped working a month or so ago. Totally useless now. What did you guys do It??
  • Great but doesn’t import confirmation numbers

    By Dinshaw
I switched to TripCase from TripIt pro because the contact management in TripCase, for sharing trips, is much better. However every time I imported trip via email forwarding, it never gets the confirmation number, no matter which airline. If They can fix that my rating would improve greatly.
  • Already not that great

I just downloaded and signed up for TripCase. I sent several itineraries. Part of an international trip is missing. I am happy I did this way ahead of time because I will definitely not be relying on this in any way.
  • Loved it until...

I’ve always been a TripCase fan. My mom and I use it to share itineraries so we always know when to expect each other. It was so nice to be able to glance down at my Apple Watch as I was walking through the airport and see if there were any gate changes, delays, etc. However, they’ve recently removed the Apple Watch capabilities!!! Not sure I will enjoy this app near as much, as my main device I used it for has been removed. Definitely a thumbs-down from me now. Sorry TripCase.
  • App doesn’t work

App is not working and hasn’t been working for months.
  • Random delete

    By 40plus+++
I have been a loyal user and proponent of this app for years. The very occasional mysterious complete auto delete of a upcoming trip was overlooked as the overall app functionality greatly overshadowed this occasional bug. HOWEVER, this problem has now changed from occasional to often and the app is flawed and not reliable. While the saved import email is a good failsafe, it is not a workaround. App updates do not grant a cure to this random delete situation.
  • Just updated, still doesn’t work
