  • Contract

No review I paid for three months and I received a bill for a year. Being busy with my husband ‘s health and missed the dead line. That’s not nice you had no right to charge that a mouth of money on my charge. $ 219.99 Ann Solomon
  • Recipe Name Doesn’t fully show

    By Kl see Review #80
Like the app, wish that the recipe name would appear in the mobile app for my iPhone. Even when you open the recipe, the name is still hidden...which is important when it contains an ingredient you are allergic to! Wish I could have found a way to send this request to developers without giving a review.
  • Disappointed

    By Mjennngs
I’ve tried and tried over the past month to cancel my subscription with no luck. They have not been helpful whatsoever. WW says it’s iTunes, I haven’t been able to get any help thru them. It’s disappointing they make it so hard.
  • I love Weight Watchers but NOT the app

    By mandaaaxoxo
I keep getting a “Something’s wrong. Please check your connection and try again.” every time I open the app. I have refreshed, force closed the app, also uninstalled and reinstalled several times and nothing. It’s getting real annoying because I can’t even use the app that I paid to use!
  • Still not updated

I get an email from WW that Aaptiva workouts are now available the bottom of my day/homepage. That was yesterday. Today there’s an article about the Aptiva workouts, indicating that they’re at the bottom of the homepage. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still don’t have these Aptiva workouts available to me. Way to go weight watchers, oh I mean WW.
  • What happened to my custom workouts?

    By Sabbatical nndbsbdaMjfdcbd
I went in today to record that I did 45 minutes of my stability ball workout which includes weights, Arms, legs, abs and cardio. So now that you’ve taken the ability to have custom workouts what does that exercise fit under? There’s not even one choice that is just stability ball. I do another one that I had out there which was cardio and bands and another for hip-hop abs what am I supposed to put these under? I don’t even know what half the exercises is that you have listed. You all are making too many change and too quickly!!!
  • Good program, buggy app

    By Daphodil_slew
Weight Watchers is a good program with solid recipes, community and gamification. The app is buggy tho - navigation isn’t always there so you get stuck in a screen. Sometimes the selections are too sensitive so it adds things you were just researching. App help is poor to non-existent so you’re on your own. Search capability for anything other than food-related stuff is poor. Needs improvement but it’s got a good base.
  • Won’t let me log in

    By Megelxd
Literally will not me log in with an account I made an hour ago, I can log in on their website as well so I will be seeking a refund.
  • Last update made the app bad for tracing steps

    By cleo_cat
When I got to my activity, my steps show up, but no matter how much I walk I get 0 fit points (I use my Apple Watch to track steps and activity). After speaking with customer service I found that I should still get fit points for my steps. Tech support said that the update no longer counts steps from a device (Apple Watch) towards fit points and I need to enter them manually. This is not an improvement, this is a huge step back. Now I have to go in at the end of each day and enter my steps so that I get credit for them. You really need to fix this. We are all paying a monthly fee to use you service and you are now making it inconvenient and lots of work. Terrible service! Fix your app!!!
  • Still no solutions for FitBit synching

    By Tommyish
Company is slacking off back to its pre Oprah days. My fitness pal is starting to look like a better/cheaper option.
