  • Comprehensive

    By Howre
It is very comprehesive and includes GI and GL for comprehensive lust of food.
  • Questionable data

    By wiki-g
The stop light ratings are convenient, but it would be much better if they were augmented by the actual GI and GL ratings for each food. Also, some of the data here is at odds with other sources. Millet is rated double red in this app, but it's recommended for diabetics by the American Diabetes Association. That has me thinking I can't really trust this app.
  • It is in English

    By ducksRtasty
I was mistaken. It starts in German. Select Einstellugen on the bottom bar, then sprachen. Select American flag and you are all set. Good app. 932 foods.
  • It's not in English

    By 🗼🏭
The description is English so I bought the app. But it isn't in English & so is useless to me.
  • Screen freeze and NO tracking

    By Skorrygulliver
The screen kept freezing during any search. It ONLY gives GI for individual items, no tracking AND you cannot change serving sizes. Terrible app, just avoid it and save your money.

  • Good app

    By Mioung
This app is very good that it has a lot of information of food, which is included its ingredient. Nice work!
  • Useful but..

    By Sodaguy
You may regret using it since it is another thing that tells you how unhealthy your favorite foods and beverages are. I thought it was a little too expensive for what it is.
  • Simple and easy

I love the interface of this app. It works well and is really easy to use. There is even explanations about glycemic index and the app's mission statement. You can search food or choose from several categories that include fast food and mushrooms. There is a section for submitting new foods which is really cool.
