    I love this application and I use it everyday! FitnessPal keeps me on track with food, water and exercise and I have lost 31. I also love the blog with great information about food and exercise! You can't go wrong with this application!
  • Keeps you honest

    It's too easy to forget would is eaten throughout the course of any day. I like this app because it allows me to submit at the time of eating exactly what it is I've consumed. Also, I weigh in every day and this app keeps track for me. This helps in case I get off track a bit and need to pull back my eating a little before I gain too much weight.

    Liked the app. It has a great nutrition database. However, with the upgrade to iOS 11 I lost 18 months of weight data and progress photos. Big loss after investing in the premium service and lots of time logging my progress. The company offered no support and no credit offer. Seems they should have a better solution for backing up user data and reimporting after mishaps. Seems also they should have tested the app with the iOS 11 update process. My one star is for the poor data storage and recovery and for the poor customer service.

    I love the app but the premium membership is faulty,, I am a member and payed through iTunes and it just won't let me access any features!!! After a lot of searching found and email to contact but still waiting for reply!

    ❤️ using this app with UA Record, the wrist band, scale, and heart rate strap. It's a complete system that works well. I'm athletic, and am using it to make gains. I wanted a wrist band like Fitbit, but also wanted a chest strap during actual workouts. UA integrates both. The scale was a plus. While I don't believe the scale is perfectly accurate, it is precise enough for what I want to do which is monitor body fat % and weight. I want to gain 5 lb, and this app calculates the necessary calories to do that while accounting for calories burned during exercise.

    I was using the weight-watchers app but this out does it by a long shot! Yes it's not points however if you are going to log, it doesn't matter; you either log cals or points it's the same action! I also love that it works hand and hand with my Apple Watch which WW does not do! And it is very good for logging exercise! Love it, love it!
