  • Can’t get into it.

    By tennybeartony
Downloaded the app. It asks for my phone number and insists I’m already a member and asks for a password. I used to be a member like 5 years ago. So it says it will email me a link to reset the password but the email never comes.
  • Not working

    By Dopeeline11
This app won’t let me log on with my phone number. It’s only letting me log on with my mom’s phone. Whenever I used then temporary password it logged me out.
  • Could be better!

I really don’t like this app. Only the person that requested the app can see everyone on the app. Doesn’t make sense! You can only track them if they checkin. Life360 I believe is a better.
  • Does not work!

    By abuela1024
Wish I would have read the reviews first. This app is terrible, does not work. Cancelling and requesting a refund!
  • NEVER AGAIN! Can never stop the app charges!

It is like herpes! You are stuck with this forever !
  • Clunky user interface, hard to cancel

    By lusoydoyxlhdohx
I found the app cumbersome to set up (lots of texts between numbers involved), and the user interface was not terribly straightforward—wound up several times in an inescapable loop, unable to get to the map showing people’s locations. Costs $10/month to use, billed through iTunes, which made canceling difficult. AT&T rep will tell you they can’t remove the service because it’s billed thru iTunes—persist! It can be done.
  • Not Accurate

    By Amberhenrich
What a waste of money and time. Who ever gave it 5 stars saying it was extremely accurate is completely wrong. I have checked this app to other installed apps like Find My Friend or Find My iPhone app and it has always been way off. One day it even reported my kid was 1500 miles away when I was sitting in the room next to him. Will not continue to waste my phone space or money on this junk.
  • Don’t use this app!!!

I want my money back!!! I signed up for the 30 day free trial, they took my money on the 5th day. I canceled it because the search was too wide a range and they still haven’t refunded me my money. This was months ago. Buyer Beware!!!
  • Horrible!

    By mlauricello
Great if it would update! I don’t care where someone was 2hrs ago, I’d like real time. So spotty, barely worth it.
  • Save your money!

It’s the worst it’s ever been. I tried to locate my daughter and the area it said she was in, wasn’t even close. It put her in an area at least 5-10 square miles and more than 5 miles from where she actually was. She was right beside me. If you just need to know what state and city your children are in then it’s great.
