  • App updates

Well thanks I can’t use the app now for over a week and no one knows how to fix the error I’m experiencing.
  • Why did they switch from smart limits to this?

    By JawaiianWahine
I don’t like this app very well smart limits allowed us to block certain numbers ... it was supposed to allow mom and dad to call kids even during restricted times... but it didn’t. You can also turn off data on smart limits. This just has pause internet... does that mean it doesn’t allow it under WiFi either? It makes each user download the app-why? AND they (children) have to give you permission to monitor them? Who’s paying the bill?!? Parents!!! I do like that it allows you to customize more like allow specific apps that smart limits didn’t allow. You would think they would have kept all the good things about smart limits and just improved on that. Frustrating. I would have gone back to smart limits if it were an option. This app Better still alert me when we’re getting close to data overages or they will probably end up getting another class action law suit!
  • Doesn’t work!

    By nebalt
Like most things AT&T first introduces, this app also doesn’t work. You follow instructions and the app simply freezes or crashes.
  • Ruined this service

    By JDReviews
The old ATT app was fine. This app is a disaster. You have to pair to your child’s phone and add a VPN. What it did before was fine. I don’t want to be that intrusive into my kids life just being able to set some basic boundaries was fine. This is crazy and they can just delete it anyway. What’s the point. This is not something I am paying for. What a terrible implementation. Oh - and you actually have spelling errors in the text in the app. Fail all around.
  • Update not working

    By Mjhall725
I can’t log in now since the update. Paying for something that doesn’t work!
  • App Does Not Work!!!!!

    By Nick Giuseppe
I was notified that Family Map no longer exists and I had to download the Family Secure app. I’ve had it for a day. It kept giving me messages and making me reset my password. I wish I would have kept track of how many times I had to uninstall and reinstall the app only to be told “I don’t have access to this information”... I have one more phone to pay off through AT&T. Going to research other phone company plans at this point. Tired of giving AT&T well over $300 a month only to get numerous “overage” charges and phones/apps that don’t work.
  • Just a big circle jerk

    By ConcordMike
Install, sign up, install, sign up, and on and on ... this is NOT ready for release. Just a horrible app. Don’t waste your time until they fix it...
  • Can’t use ... so frustrating

    By Cool 1404
Horrible experience with this app and customer service around this app to date. Can not log in, AT&T tech support hasn’t been educated on the transition from Family Map and Family Map app just disappeared from my phone two days ago. Get an error message that says “Whoops!” when the log in doesn’t go through with no other explanation. Would have thought AT&T would have troubleshooted this better and trained it staff before launching and removing the legacy option.
  • Give me smart limits back!!!!

    By aunt bty
All this app offers are things that are already available in iOS screen time. I used smart limits solely for being able to see the calls and texts coming in and out. An the ability to block cell use!! Apparently lotssss of parents feel the same way. Yet att is choosing to not listen!!!!
