  • Update

I try to open my NFL app, it says Update. I touch the Update button it goes around and around and around and around without ever updating. It’s my second day trying to update. Does anyone try these out first? Is this update just for Mac, not IOS? Check it out, or not!

Purchased red zone access for week 1. It didn’t work, app supporters wont address giving me a refund or extending my purchase an extra week. Told me to contact apple which just leads back to the app supporters. Bs.
  • Not as good as last year

The app tries to do a lot, but doesn’t do it very well. I keep the list of games in progress up while watching my favorite game to keep up with scores of other games. When I check the details for one of these other games and return to the overview all of the scores are old (including the game that I just checked for details). Sometimes the scores update after a while to current scores again. Other times I terminate the app, wait a minute and fire it back up. Last years version was updated regularly and accurately. This version is slow and unreliable.

Can’t turn off closed captioning. It’s all over the screen and blocks information and plays.
  • App on Apple TV

Can not watch games on Apple TV going on 2 weeks now With gamepass. Games will play for about 10 seconds then you get kicked out of the app altogether. Customer support says they are aware of issue and working to fix it but how long will that take. This is ridiculous!
  • RedZone

As a Verizon customer I should be able to purchase RedZone on this app for $1.99 a month. Which I would be more than willing to give the NFL more of my money for this. However, when i try it opens for a second and then closes.

I purchased redzone and it never works. The first week it didn't have a stream at all. The second week it only worked half the time. The subscription price has gone up, but the service has gotten worse. They need to fix this.

Crashes on AppleTV constantly! Can’t play a game replay, 2 seconds in it crashes! No way to hide scores on the iPhone app! POC APP!
  • Games Crash after NFL Logo

Whenever I try to watch a game on NFL Gamepass about 30 seconds in, right as the NFL Logo is finishing, the app quits. I have restarted my AppleTV 4K. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it and reentered all my credentials, even updated to tvOS 12, and games still will not play. “You are watching a presentation of the National Football League” boom, home screen. Every time. Every game. NFL Gamepass should be a separate standalone app.
