I don’t want to turn on notifications. Every time I sign in there’s a pop up saying that my notifications are off! Stop being annoying, huh?

This is a great way to have access to your account and to view any transactions made on the account on the go. Thank you for having this application. 👌👌👌👌😃😃😃

This is the best thing ever!! Makes remembering what I spent so much easier. Everything is in plain sight! One less thing to stress over! The alerts are the best! I am getting texts before the card is back in my hand at the register!! Thank you for making my life easier!!

App is constantly broken attempting to pay bills, view statements , or even accounts you name it.
  • Still no Spark support

I’ve been a Spark business customer for a couple of years and CapOne killed the app for it, saying it would be integrated into their regular app. Well, nearly a year later and still no app and no access. This is really poor customer service.
  • Not as good as the Wallet App that use to be available.

I was told the new capital one app would be everything and more then the wallet app they use to have. I can’t even see different company cards on here. I have to search down through and filter. Not as convenient! Also I don’t get alerts when employee cards are used now. The whole reason I stuck with capital one. Give me the wallet app back please!
  • Needs Airdrop Back

Can you please bring Airdrop back to the Statement and Documents area. It was so useful to drop statements to my MacBook, but disappeared a few updates ago. Thanks.
  • Bank and app is great! 👍🏼

They’re both great! Only reason I docked a star was because the app won’t let me (or it doesn’t do it automatically) delete a closed credit card account. Other than that, everything is awesome!
  • Went way downhill.

A couple months ago this app went through an update that somehow stopped allowing you to make a payment from the app. You now have to use a web browser to get to the payment page, rendering the app useless. This problem has not been fixed for many weeks, so I assume it won’t be any time soon. The error message reads: “...We’re working on it, so try again in a bit” but has read that way for weeks.
