It would be nice to see a little more free stuff to try it out before I pay that much money for a month , 6 months and a year. Is there Bonnie bear on it all I see is Harry the bunny. Do I have to pay that on each device I have or can I log in on multiple devices?

  • Disappointed to say the least

I get the BabyFirst channel at my house. Why wouldn’t this company offer free usage of their app if you have the proper Television provider like every other channel does? Plus, you typically need a more premium cable package to even get this channel. Also, videos do not play consecutively so good luck getting anything done when you have a little one that doesn’t understand how to use an iPad. Further, the app didn’t recognize me on two different devices even though I subscribed? Disappointed to say the least because these are my baby’s absolute FAVORITE shows.
  • Way too expensive

This app is really expensive when you subscribe. I did it because you have to subscribe in order for the videos you save to be available for offline viewing. It never remembers that I have a subscription so I constantly have to restore my purchases and I have to do that when I have WiFi. Which kind of defeats the purpose of why I got it in the first place. So I would have to remember to restore my purchases before I get out the door with my toddler on top of everything I have to remember when trying to get out the door with a toddler. They should just let you buy goo goo episodes on iTunes
  • It's too bad it doesn't work like it should.

I downloaded the app and got a subscription because we do not get Baby Tv locally. Unfortunately, it has not worked correctly from day one. It causes more frustration for my girls than it's worth. They stopped watching since they get kicked out every time they try to watch a show. I'm actually cancelling my subscription as soon as I finish this review. I should have known it was going to be a problem. My sister also has the app and they too have problems with it.

You have to pay to watch shows you can pull up on YouTube.

Not sure why but I have to resubscribe every week. I’ve set up auto payments and it still forgets that I’ve already subscribed. Also I don’t like that it doesn’t have a feature to play videos back to back. On long car rides home stuck in traffic or when I shower it would be nice to have the videos keep playing.

What is the purpose of this app if it requires a subscription, I’m disappointed in getting nothing. The app should clearly state that you need a subscription before you download.
