    I can't get to my Documents nor Account information because this app doesn't allow me to!!! Why can this developer steal my documents and block my account access?

    Purchased version 4.7 for $9.99, it worked ok. After upgrade to ios 8 all my documents are being held hostage unless I pay another $10 for ver. 5 that may or may not work. In short, too short a lifecycle for a $10 app. Company must have needed cash and is trying to extract from users. See ya! I'd rather pay more for a product that won't have to be upgraded every year.

    For all those that have m Not updated... If you use this app heavily... Do not update. I found out he hard way that this version will stop working. Other than that I'm content.

    Since I downloaded IOS8 this app doesn't work anymore. I used this everyday before the update. If it's fixed I'd gladly give it 5 stars again.

    I purchased this product and have never been able to use it. I have filled out the customer service request form on numerous occasions and I have never heard from anyone. When I click on forgot password the program says it does not recognize my email. I really wish somebody from customer support would get back to me so I can use this program that I paid for and that I so desperately need.
