I love this! I couldn't run to save my life! I went from crying because I had to run for 60 seconds (at 5.0 on treadmill) to running 20mins (at 6.3 on treadmill) non stop, in about 6 weeks! The gradual climb was so liberating, I would throw fists in the air at the gym when we reached a new goal on the app. If you want to run but have no idea where to start GET THIS APP!!

So grateful for this app! I started this program about 10 weeks ago, some weeks I didn’t get all three runs in but kept moving forward w it as I could! Today- I ran my first 5k race in forever!!! I had started this 230 lbs at 5’7” and with no recent fitness at all. I’m still slow, but I don’t need to stop to walk at all. The race was amazing and so much fun. I can’t wait to keep up the training and do more events. I highly recommend!

Very good app but I give it 3 stars because it is not supported with Apple watch with face complication.
  • I am not running 5k yet

This app is great in building endurance across time but lacks many things. It does not track my distance or calories burned correctly. I have reached out about this and done trouble shooting but it still doesn’t work. I am running 28 min now but only about 1.4 mi according to my Fitbit. That’s about a 17 min mile and by the end of this program I will not be at the 3.1 needed to be a 5k. Disappointed and not worth $10 :( at least I have built endurance and stamina though. I needed that

This app is perfect for beginners. You don’t even have to be a regular runner to use it, you just need to have the will power to run a couple of times a week. It starts you off slowly with running 30 seconds to a minute. It gradually increases until you are running 35+ minutes at a time by the time you hit the 8 week mark. I use it when I haven’t ran in months. I just start the music on my phone and then start the app. This is my favorite running app.

Love it. It made achieving my goal so doable. Next improvement I would suggest is the ability to add a note. For example, sometimes I might want to add a note about conditions or how I was feeling. And I like to use it beyond the training to maintain.
