  • It's really teaching me how to run a 5k

    I LOVE THIS APP. I love how it trains me back to longer paces over a period of time after I’ve taken a break from running. The music voiceover to tell me how far I’ve gone during the run is a great tool. I started running from this app and this app always brings me back after the winter is done.

    This app gets the job done; no glitches; starts new runners on a pace that doesn’t over do it; directions are clear; coach-bot lady is encouraging. Good signposting on all app to let you know what you have left, what’s coming up next and what you just finished. Works seamlessly with Apple Music app. Can’t complain, won’t complain. Cheers.

    It seems good but there are things I don’t like about it. If you don’t tap “done” it keeps going. If you forget to tap done and it kept going, you can’t edit it. So I don’t know how far I went or truly how I did.

    First time using a fitness app other than FitBit. So far, it’s been fun. It looks like a lot of the features are for outside runners - could it be equipped with options for us treadmill users?

    The app on my phone is fine, but I do not want to carry my phone. I would like to just use my iWatch with the app. In order to use it on my iWatch I have to have my phone near my watch.
