    All the apps I tried to store workouts and history in before this sucked. They only had their routines loaded. I change my lifts every 6-8 weeks and that doesn’t work. This app ROCKS. Allows you to make YOUR OWN ROUTINE completely custom. It shows what you did the last time you did the workout in light grey, so you know where you stand. Allows you to pin notes for next time. Has an auto timer you can custom set as you enter in your set which goes off in your headphones. This is a game changer if you haven’t tried it already.

    This app has made so many things so much easier when it comes to weight lifting. My time in the gym even gets shaved down a little bit thanks to the great layout of the app. Definitely recommend it to anyone who has interest in weightlifting.
