    I have used Strong since the beginning. I really appreciate the continued support and new improvements made to this app that is fundamental to my workouts. With that being said, there is a certain aspect about the new update I do not find better than previous versions. The workouts are now seen so narrowly. Before I could take a wide sweeping look at all of the exercises I performed. Now it seems like I view exercise to exercise, not a summary of the entire workout. I liked being able to just see a summary of my workout. Perhaps give us an option to view our workouts this way. Thank you regardless! Update as of 1/18/18: It’s really awesome you added visual guide and instructions for the exercises. However it would be nice if this was an option to either display or not. For an experienced lifter, I just want to see my history, not a guide on how to do the same lift I’ve been doing for years. It would be awesome to be able to turn the instructions off :) Update as of 6/24/18: Still fundamentally a good app. Although I don’t agree with the new design change. If anything, it took a very clean, simple, intuitive UI and made it more cluttered. Additionally, the app is laggy on my iPhone 8+, when before it was perfect. Please give an option for perhaps a “classic” UI.

    Great workout tracker, does exactly what it needs to from tracking individual workouts to being able to customize exercises and graph historical progress. I can’t think of a single thing that needs improvement! The Apple Watch extension works seamlessly and is a godsend that eliminates the need to carry a phone around in the gym. In my opinion anyone who exercises and is serious about improving needs this app!

    Great app, very easy to navigate and manage. The new update is great but lacks the time counter/chronometer. It’ll be nice to put it back so we know how long we’re working out while in the gym

    The app is simple and easy to use. The best part in my opinion is that you can create custom exercises that are not a part of their fitness library and add them to your list of completed exercises. Other apps don't work this way that I have found or have a high learning curve. It took no time at all to figure out how to add reps and sets for each exercise and customize the notes as well. The money was well worth it for this app.

    The fact that the app syncs workouts between the phone and watch while updating my rings tends to keep me motivated. I love the charting option and it’s super intuitive. I do wish they’d review the most added custom exercises and add them to the official app with muscle diagrams and video examples. They are missing some fairly common ones.
