I downloaded this for $9.99 expecting a study Bible but all I got was a Bible, no study Bible. Have contacted the company several times emailing & calling asking for my money back. No response.i guess to get the study Bible, they want you to pay an additional $29.99. This is ridiculous & dishonest. I give this app a zero rating for taking money & getting a Bible I already have downloaded from another app for free. Then lure you to purchase what you really wanted in the first place, a study Bible.

I love the Bible and the study guide but I’m giving a 1 star because I lose EVERY SETTING each time they update (which is frequent) and I have to spend hours redownloading my bible and then the study guide and then reset all the settings. I’ve had this $20 app for years now and have had to redownload over a dozen times. It’s pushed me to just google bible stuff instead of using my app.

Previously excellent app ruined by "improved" update. Confusing-if you highlight in using your Bible-this app deletes your highlighting when leave the verse(s) which you highlighted-when you return to the highlighted section from another verse, the highlighting is gone.

I've used the app for a number of years and love it. It has blessed me. I also REALLY appreciate the expeditious technical support I've received when I've had problems with it. The new version appears more reliable but I don't like not being able to select a specific verse during navigation. Bring that simple thing back folks. Thanks!!

This is the first Bible app that feels right for me. I've always been a huge fan of Olive Tree's app but it lacked a really good study component. Now I have both Bible and a first class commentary together, all the time! It's a little wonky, the study notes don't perfectly sync to the Bible text but an occasional small finger swipe fixes that pretty quickly. And it lacks the deep customization that Olive Tree offers like providing lots of page texture and font colors. But mostly, I'd like: — the ability to define more highlighter colors (I'd replace one of the defaults—pink!—with red, for instance), — syncing of notes and highlighted passages across all devices, — ability to underline as a highlight option, — ability to highlight only a few words instead of the whole verse. UPDATE As time has passed, each update becomes more obtuse in its navigation and harder to work with. After years of use, this latest version will not let me access the Study section or download/restore it, advising me I have an invalid token. TERRIBLE UI and USER EXPERIENCE!!! UPDATE Now, they've either removed the ability to highlight verses or hidden it so well, I can't find it. They should have left well enough alone. Stop "improving" your app, you're making a complicated mess of it!!!

I really enjoy and have always enjoyed this bible; on this app version I am really struggling & missing the way that you can completely highlight a the complete text. Only being able to hopefully notice it on the side of the screen is not the greatest for the eye. Can this be looked improving???
