    This is the best strength building app I’ve seen yet. The program has everything. Form checklist, videos, daily email motivation and help. It even figures your warmup sets and what plates to put on the bar. Try it!!

    Dabbled in weightlifting all my life. Had a tendency to overthink it. Once I found Stronglifts I told myself “just do what they say, nothing more, nothing less”. Now stronger at 41 years old than I have ever been.

    I previously paid the ONE TIME fee of $10 to unlock all upgrades but the new app update will not honor that legal binding agreement and now forces users to pay monthly. They are trying to make a $10/month lame subscription like everyone else in a pathetic attempt to get more $$$. I already paid for the app and the developers are NOT responding to my requests for explanation. In the past when users submit a question the developer is so rude and condescending. I’m already developing a free app to replace this and I can’t wait to put it on the App Store for free. This is what happens when you get greedy with an app that’s nothing more than a timer and a workout set/rep tracker.

    I have been using this app for a few years now and can say it is excellent. Once you connect with your Facebook account or Google account your workouts are uploaded across your devices. I use my old iPhone 6 256 for working out at the gym and if I forget to charge it I can use my new iPhone as my latest workout will be on it as they sync together. If you don’t want to connect through google or Facebook the workouts are stored on the device you use. There is a timer between sets which is great for keeping your heart rate up, there is a warmup feature, and it will show you your weight load out. Links are in the app to YouTube videos of how to do the exercise which helps to ensure your form is good. Overall a great app for this workout program.

    The explanation of this app is really lacking. I’ve been working out for 2 years 4-5 days a week and I have no clue what it’s trying to tell me. There are bubbles to fill in and then you tap them for what, sets? Reps? Weight completed??? Do you do all 6 exercises? I completed all of the bubbles and the message pops up about something about failure is okay...what? Did I miss something? You need to lead people through this better. I really honestly don’t know how to use this and I’ve done fairly complex workout schemes, I just don’t understand the tracking and how many exercise you’re supposed to do.
