    When I initially got the app I set a goal for certain weight at a certain rate, but when I decided later to try to change the parameters, I couldn’t find any way to do it. Is this because I have the free version and I need to upgrade in order to be able to set a new goal?

  • Can't remove exercises added by accident

    Adding and removing meals is easy if I want to check out info and mis-tap something. But if I even glance at "walking for pleasure" in the exercises tab, it's there with no way to remove or reset it. Since there's stuff in my app now that is incorrect with no way to fix it, I guess I'll have to uninstall this and try again with another healthy tracking app.

    I picked this app because of the layout—everything looks nice, your data is displayed cleanly, and it appears to be very user friendly for someone embarking on their fitness journey. I did end up buying the paid version of the app so that I would be able to see my and track my daily macros. Here are some of the issues I’ve had after using the app daily for 2.5 months: -The app logs me out weekly. I hate having to remember another password and log back in weekly. -Food database is still getting built up. That’s fine. I don’t mind having in add in the nutritional info for the foods I eat to make sure that I’m tracking things correctly. However, there are certain times—and this has happened to me 5-10 times—when I input all the information into the app, click “add new food” and it just says “Sorry, your request can not be completed at this time.” This means that I have to go back later and try adding in the food again, hoping that it’ll work. -New foods: The quick add option is—like it says—a quick and easy way to add in the total fats, carbs, and protein for a new food. However, the create new food, which gives detailed nutritional info of the food that you are adding has several glitches. First, all of the nutritional info, while it says grams, is really in milligrams so you need to enter 2000 for 2g to get the amounts to show up correctly when you save it. As stated earlier, saving is not always easy as the app sometimes refuses to save and there’s no way to resubmit your entry later without typing in the whole thing again. Frustrating! Here are some of the things I think that app does well: -Easily syncs my data from my Apple Watch so I can account for my calories burned throughout the way and see my calories consumed at the same time. -Allows you to quickly add in the breakfast or lunch that you ate the day before. This is especially helpful if you tend to eat the same meals or if you meal plan your weeks. Overall, I think that—if these issues are addressed—the app has the potential to be a great tool in your fitness journey.

    This app makes it so easy to track your calories! It takes just a few moments to input your data and everything you need to track is right there at your fingertips! I’ve lost 12lbs in just over 3 months and it was easy. It is also helping me change my eating to have a more healthful diet. I might add that I have had to use customer service a couple of times and they were fast and very helpful.

    I have been using the app on and off over the past two years. It has made tracking my nutrition,weight, and exercise very quick and easy. Many of the foods I eat are in the system. Every now and then the barcodes I scan can’t be found or I have to search a bit harder to find my food. I like the option of creating my own foods and recipes I would love the option to track net carbs
