    I'm too busy to watch a show all in one shot. You can't stop and restart the video without going back to the beginning and watching the same ads over and over again.

    I was enjoying this app until all of a sudden this app only shows the cbs symbol and will not boot up on all my iPads. I still can view my shows on my iPhone but no longer on the iPads. Don’t know what cbs app is doing to resolve this issue.

    I downloaded the app so I can catch up on shows that I am unable to watch during the week. However, I can’t log into my cable provider account or my Hulu account through the app because the provider isn’t covered in my area?? I literally clicked on every single provider listed on the app and each says the same thing. I live in a large city so what sense does that make? I have no issue with any of the other network apps so why this one? I don’t feel like I should have to pay monthly to view shows that I am already paying for through my cable provider. Ridiculous.

    Was able to log on last night, but didn't watch anything. Now I try to open the app, and all I see is the CBS eye. It never gets last there. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that didn't help, nor did restarting the iPad. Seems from other reviews this service is very glitchy. I won't be renewing my subscription after the free trial.

    I love many of the CBS shows...so much so I paid the monthly fee. Why the bad review? The app on my iPad has stopped working... it just shows me the CBS eye and nothing more...numerous emails go unanswered. This is unacceptable...!

    May 21, 2018 iPad app no longer works at all. Have restarted, deleted app and re-downloaded with no success. App still functional on iPhone, but after repeated attempts iPad app is dead.

    Called support. Known issue. I mean it’s CBS do they have any money to resolve technical issues. Lets start a fund account to help them. Asked about fact being charged (commercial free cost) and not getting what I am paying for. None caring customer support offering discount for 2 months but I’m explains discount for no service? Good negotiation on their part not mine (I am learning from our president) so got month free but if still not workin they said you can call back and cancel. That a great response for customer service relations. I didn’t stay of for their after call service which wouldn’t work I’m sure. The only network that charges and the only one that doesn’t work. CBS get you eye on your techs to do proper beta testing before you put releases out. Ok waiting for their fix. Lets see ..
