Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours and schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate and email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts. Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases and will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.     Rude guest service associate. Long wait times and food orders were wrong. Setting up app for fast pass etc. took 1+ hour. Terrible place. Never come here.

    Wait times, travel times, and even park opening times are all lies. Plan on at least 2-3 times the wait time. And parks open earlier than stated. We were at Avatar 15 minutes prior to the stated opening time for the Animal Kingdom and the line for Avatar was already 3 hours wait. Obviously 5,000 people were already there, long before the stated opening time. If you plan to visit the parks, this app is your only option for getting to do anything. In order to plan for your vacation, you’ll have to quit your job and spend the next 2 years scheduling every second of your vacation. If you hope to eat or ride anything, this app is your only access to reservations. Also, the app requires constant monitoring, so you’ll be spending your time with your nose in your phone instead of enjoying your family. Again I stress, don’t count on accuracy.

    Tosha helped this old (71 now) retired teacher grandmother link her “My Disney Experience” with our resort reservations, Magic Band purchase information, ticket acquisition information (we are retired military), Disney Springs suggestions for shopping, dining, recommended rides for grandpa who has had heart surgery and hip replacement and with such courtesy that she deserves a big dose of magic fairy dust! All the while, she was so patient with me (grandma) doing this as our trip is to be a Christmas surprise for kids and grandchildren! Disney is truly “magic” and Tosha is one of its ring leaders...

    Is a great app when it works. However, I am seeing duplicates in my fastpass selections (they’ll show up twice for the same ride). Also, sometimes when booking fast passes and dining reservations, the app won’t load any data and will say “reload” (which usually doesn’t help either). If these issues could be fixed, this app would be splendid.

    This app is frustrating with linking accounts. Every time a new friend gets an Annual Pass it is an uphill battle to connect our accounts for fast passes. I’ve used it for two years and it hasn’t been fixed

    The app is slower and has more hangs with the new 4.12 layout change. Very painful to use during my visit in July ‘18.

    Arrived to my resort and I was greeted with a $91 dlls fee for parking at the resort after I spent $3700 Called 1800 number and was told nothing can be done Manager in the resort was rude and told my husband every hotel in Orlando charges for parking Is Disney a leader? or an average hotel I’ve celebrating my wedding anniversary at Disney 16 times This year will be the last one
