  • Dining issue on day 1

    By UncleB4895
Everything is magical, however Hollywood & Vine was closed and we were not notified prior to our arrival for dinner. We had to wait while cast members tried to find an alternative dinner location. Ended up at Prime Time cafe. Over an hour & a half later. Really dampened the start of our trip.

This app is the worst thing about the Disney experience. It freezes, crashes, and is entirely too frustrating.
  • Disney World application for Apple phones

The application could be more user-friendly. Would very much like to have a GPS function that would take you from point a to point B. I believe that there is one in the application, but I cannot find it. Would also like to have a section for each theme park only in the application. So that we could focus only on that one theme park for the day rather than seeing all of the ride times jumbled together.
  • Very helpfull

Great resource before your trip, and in the parks. Used it for everything.
  • Disappointed

We have been to Disney for years and today was the first day we was treated poorly. Tickets was missed up and took almost 45 mins to get in park. The people helping was very unkind. Friends had to leave us and we messed rides with them. You can look up our travel times to Disney and see we are fans.

This app is very helpful to look up wait times and find our way through the park. Here are some improvements I wish it had when we were at the park last week: 1. Ability to save a daily plan. To be able to make a list of rides and attractions we’d like to do plus put them in order would be helpful. Even to be able to put a number on each attraction to show what order we’d like to move around the park in. 2. Ability to make notes at each attraction, restaurant, etc. we could plan our meals ahead of time and save them in a notes section for when we arrive at the park. Also, in a notes section, we could save our notes and ideas for our next trip to Disney. 3. Add a Disney gift card option for payments. I had purchased as gift card to pay for meals while at the park yet I couldn’t use it in the app and had to use my credit card to pay for meals on the app. 4. Under my tickets, the ticket number for each ticket doesn’t show. Only the name of the person. When we arrived at the park, I had the tickets mixed up for the people on our party because I couldn’t see who the tickets were assigned to in the app. Had I known this, I would have written the names of the person on each card upon assigning in the app. 5. Directions: when I tried set up the app to give us walking directions to an attractions, I prefer a gps view on the map. While it has this, its very limited and bulky to try to use. I finally switched to google maps while in the park. That worked better. 6. When opening the app, having it open to the park we are in would be more helpful than always opening to Magic Kingdom. Seems simple but it got old having to zoom out and hunt for the correct park on the map each time I closed and reopen the app to save battery. I do like the app. These are just ideas that I would’ve liked in the app.
  • Dining reservations

    By AngieBaby922
Terrible way to make reservations we signed on at midnight the page wouldn’t load and we were shut out of dining at 4 of the 4 restaurants we wanted to try. You need a better way!
  • FastPass is lousy and confusing.

They need to put in something like Universal’s. Spent freakin forever in lines. Can’t see much of the park in line.
