Lowering my review as this is not a true planner. Getting notifications in the morning and evening don't make it a planner. Calendar lacks without a week view ( I understand it's coming but it shouldn't have been an afterthought). How can you plan if you have to scroll day by day to see when you have free time. The biggest downfall is the task manager. This is a joke. You can see what's going on this week and then everything is jumbled together. No due times or alarms are visible unless you open the task. This maybe ok for a mom or dad keeping track of simple Todo's, but for a professional that needs subtasks and checklists, this task manager is a major fail. Downgrading again. This is not a planner for professionals. It is not intuitive, it has a poor design and most of the calendar views are useless. Also, tasks are supposed to show in order of reminders, yet this app shows a task due Friday at 9:00pm before a task due Wednesday at 8:00pm. I'm really disappointed I wasted money on this app

Nice work on this app. Coming from a professional and executive, you’ve almost nailed it - but there’s a few usability things that would make this more attractive to a wider audience. It’s little nuances that you’d only notice if you’re really going to put this through it’s paces. I love the whole concept of this app and really want it to work for me. Perhaps those that are using it for less work related activities will have more luck but as a professional it’s missing a few really important things that are limiting. Here are the small reasons that this app isn’t quite there yet for me (and these are little things that have a significant impact): 1. No one is going to want to see Meet or Call in the event subject line of any event planned. These are typically going to be invitations that include lots of other people. I’d recommend hiding that (or making it an option for users to not show that) so that when I set up an event the title of an event or call is what i want it to be without “Call:” or “Meet:” pretending it. If my meeting invitee is on an iPhone, I need them to see the meeting title, not “Meet: name of the event”. When that saves to their calendar, the only thing that shows up when they’re looking at a calendar on a mobile device will be “Meet:...” so you have no idea what the meeting is for. For example, I have a huge portfolio of accounts I manage.I typically put “[Account] Meeting title” on my invitations so that not only can I glance at my calendar and know what it is related to, but so do the people that are part of the meetings. Executives want “at a glance” information. 2. Most professionals have the location of a meeting as teleconference, web meeting or a meeting room. Right now, the app likes to force you to select a map location. All my meetings have a long teleconference or video bridge, or webex URL, and/or optional in-person meeting location. I need to be able to put any or all of these as the meeting location. This is actually the reason I won’t be using the app yet. I’m not interested in a work around or anything complicated to force the current version to do this. I’m busy and it just needs to be there and be easy to use. If you update this and make it easy to add these items for locations - great. 3. You want to be able to pull calendars to see if a meeting time is commonly open amongst all attendees. The APple calendar event does this, so I’d think this would be a basic feature you’d want to include. Without being able to see if others are free - it makes it a difficult app to use on it’s own and I might as well use a different app - even if that app has less functionality. My 2 cents. Love the idea and direction - if you’re able to update these things above, I’d probably use this app.
