For the last few weeks I can only use the directions part of the app. My live view won’t work at all and even using the detailed directions I have to close out of it and go back in to keep the next steps of my trip current...
  • This app crashes every time I use it lately :(

Why is it that the crash hasn’t been fixed? One of my other apps crashed on me yesterday and right away a message popped up that they were on it and if I’d like to send a request for repair. It is soooo frustrating having to re input the address and start the process all over again.

I have a iPhone and decided to try this instead of my regular apple gps. Well I used it twice and both time it brings me close the the location but not where I need to be. The first time I needed to go to a shopping center and it brought me to the street behind it, so I had to reroute myself to the front. The second time it brought me to a location across a field from where I was needing to be. It will get you close but you will have to find the last step yourself.

I can’t click to see the details on stuff I searched for. Soon as I slide the info tab up the app freezes and force closes. Been like that since the near year began almost!!!

  • Google Maps is nearly perfect, Lacks Speed and Speed Limit

Google Maps is nearly perfect. Voice commands just “work” and 99.9% of the time it nails the correct destination and best route(s). If Google wanted to go for perfection, add current Speed of the vehicle and posted Speed Limit. This would make us drivers more aware to make an informed decision to decrease speed - it would SAVE LIVES. I know it’s possible because other nav apps have this feature. And I know Google wouldn’t be so evil as to withhold this feature because it might infringe on State’s revenue generating schemes (which count on people being unaware of speed and take action, to heck with safety, right? It’s about money!)

This app used to be great. Now it just force closes. My ios is updated as well as the app. Takes me back to my early android days.
