But, I would like to be able to retrieve some parts of the app that I accidentally deleted when I set Spring up. I did because I didn’t realize it was Spring asking, I thought it was phish. Thanks Would like to be able to have more old country music and 50’s hip hop
  • This app has changed my fitness 100%

    By JenTheWorksNYC
I hated cardio before Spring. Now I look forward to it! I get a hell of a lot more exercise in now that I feel like I can dance my way through it lol.
  • The perfect complement to my workouts.

No more struggling or agonizing to curate the perfect playlist. Spring is there!
  • I love this App

    By Rbg wannabe
This is a great app that allows me to set different routines whether I am on the elliptical, treadmill, walking outside or engaging in other activities. I love the ability to choose genres of music and the prompts it gives me when doing interval training that my pace is about to change.

  • Super motivating!

I LOVE Spring for running, biking, stretching...The music is a really good mix and keeps me moving at the right pace. And I love having the GPS tracking and log of all my workouts. It makes exercise a lot more fun!
  • Best one out there

    By debdrex
I spent the spring of 2018 trying different running music apps. Spring was by far the winner. It plays a steady stream of music in the category of your choosing, at the beats-per-minute of your choosing. I use it when I’m running, when I’m walking, and when I’m riding the bike at the gym. I can’t choose the songs that it plays, but that’s OK with me.

It costs money... just use Spotify like an adult.
  • Sign up issue

Trying to sign up but it keeps telling me to enter a valid email address when I am clearly doing just that.
