  • Synch your run to the beat of music!

This is the best way to push yourself to a higher level simply by upping the beat of the music you listen to. It took me a bit of time to figure out how to configure the music to what I like, but after I figured it out realized how dumb I was not to have worked it out earlier. Customer service is excellent BTW. Its a really cool exercise app.
  • No Way To Cancel

Be careful when signing up. No where in the app or on their site can you manage your subscription and/or cancel it. I did not find the app useful. They made it esy to sign up but not to leave. $40 gone.
  • Calendar sync problems and no tempo adjustments when it does stream

The Spring app does not let you adjust tempos when you want . Also , when downloading and syncing training plans to I phone calendar , it syncs for a few hours then disappears. This is very frustrating. I have done this several times and each time it’s on there then will disappear later on calendar . I tried everything to get it to stay , nothing has worked . I will not renew this app. When listening it will cut out service even if I have downloaded it with WiFi

Recently I’ve noticed Spring no longer updates on social media. I’ve also noticed on my morning runs Spring will track my time and pace throughout my run but, when I finish the run, I find Spring has not captured all or a portion of the run. This has been happening for a few weeks. I waited for a software update but it doesn’t appear one is on the horizon. I love the app. I love it more when it works properly.

Would love to add a comments section where the user could put the weather and also comment on how they were feeling during each activity they recorded.
  • Good app but too much old music

Great concept/idea/features but not enough new releases in each genre. Music selection too old.

I’ve been using Spring for a while now, and it’s one I always return to every time I lace up for a run. The interval option lets me set duration and speed, and then it plays music I like to keep me at the pace I want. Without this app, I would always slow down or give up, but the beat really does keep me going longer and harder!

I’m not a runner— I’m a walker .. and I ha e used this app over the last year to help me continue to push myself. In the last year, I’ve worked to lose 100lbs. And while it was not just this app, I know it helped me to go from a 23 minute mile to a 15 min (and lower my resting heart rate felt m 83 to 65 BPM). Well worth the subscription...only request is to add a few non running training plans please!
  • Poor rotation of song selection

The songs were looping too frequently. They need a better quantity to loop per genre. I was tired of it half way through ly workout.
