  • Great App

    By DanDalio
Great way to store recipes but it would be nice to be able to capture from a screen other than a web site. I found a great recipe in a news reader and had to capture the screen to import it. An extra step and some loss of cropping abilities.

I just downloaded and started to use this app. What a great way to organize my recipes from all sources. Very easy to use.

  • Great app

I am living this app so far. I have added maybe 3 dozen recipes and love the easy way of adding them. The ability to organize all these collected recipes and finally bring some cleanup to my photos!! Thanks for a really good app!
  • Perfection!

    By Patrick1007
This app is the recipe organizer I have been searching for! I looked at several options and chose Recipe Gallery. It’s priced fairly (no IAPs or subscription), regularly updated, supports iCloud, OCR support for recipes, and global search! The OCR and search work flawlessly, even with (most) handwritten recipes as well! Taking pictures of our massive recipe collection is much faster and easier than using the scanner. Mike Davey (the developer) is also very personable, quick to respond to questions, and very thorough in his responses! I asked several questions, and got several answers in full!
  • Recipes do not open

    By patti22
I used to love this app. Today when I went to open a recipe on it, a little message pops up saying “opening recipe” and then it just stays there and spins. I am very frustrated because I now no longer can access recipes that I took time to upload to this app. A waste of my time apparently.

Uh no. Yes it will search but the ONE thing I wanted it does very poorly. When you try to highlight it drops a box on the image of the recipe. A box? How about highlighting any part without having to add a box and a box and a box. And you have to resize. I also want to edit the text. Nope. Any annotations on the recipe is unwieldy. In short- I’m really not happy with the app and a waste of $3
  • Best app for digitizing your recipe box

    By Clduerr
While downsizing my household, I was looking for a way to digitize a lifetime’s collection of recipes from 4 3” ring binders. Recipe gallery offers multiple ways to enter recipes, is easy to search and scan multiple page recipes as well. Pinch out for larger print , sync with your other devices - it’s terrific. Easy to add categories or delete them. Highly recommend Ps - I was also looking for an app in which to store my favorite exercises - haven’t yet found it - so my recipe gallery does double duty for exercises as well.
  • Can not find it from Android app!

    By HS20180605
I downloaded this app since I had my iPhone6s. I love it so much! It helps me to save lots of time to organize my baking and cooking recipes. The only thing that I don’t like is it cannot use it for Android. Because I am planning to buy One plus instead of iPhone. Don’t know is there any chances the developer can improve it or not. I believe lots people who use android will love it too.
  • Check out the great new feature!

    By Avierr
I’ve been enjoying Recipe Gallery for a long time. The new “Recent Recipes” feature in their latest upgrade is amazing! I’m always toggling between recipes on a busy cooking day, and this new option will make it so much easier to bounce from one recipe to another. I don’t know how I managed in my kitchen before I had Recipe Gallery! This is still my favorite app!
