    I’m 50, never ran in my life, cut back sugar, increased protein and have lost 15 pounds but mostly I just feel stronger. I’ve taken a week off here and there for slight injuries but find if I pace myself I can complete the intervals. I purchased the app 10/2017 and on my 37th run/week 5 beginner 2. I like the routines. Music choices adequate. Although, app keeps freezing in the middle of the run, with restarting taking many tries. I use minimum voice prompts(annoying), turn off all my notifications and go into do not disturb mode. Still happened. Luckily last two runs I had no freezing issues! I use a treadmill but plan to venture out onto the road soon. It’s made me believe I can do something I never thought I could. No regrets. 🏃🏻‍♀️

    I’ve been using this application for 6 months now and I have to say, when it works, it’s GREAT! The application constantly freezes especially if you have a music playlist selected. However, I’ve noticed that if I quit all running applications and restart my phone prior to using this app it works flawlessly. Maybe this is something the developers should look into. Hopefully the team continues to fine tune it, as I mentioned when it works it works great. I’ve updated my review from 2 to 4 stars since discovering my workaround to make it work as expected.

    It glitches a lot. You will be on 4 out of 20 and then all of a sudden it jumps to 14. Other than that it would be perfect!!!

    I am half way through week 4 now- few issues with the app- why do I want to sign up for a year long program that is designed for 8 weeks? I just cannot justify $10 a month for music, meal plans and other trainer voices. There are wayyy too many adds. It asks me 10x a day to pay for the app- which again- I don’t see worth it. Another issue- when you read into the program it says to allow days in between workouts for rest and to prevent injuries- but the program is 3 times a week- so if you start Sunday, (rest 2) Wednesday, (rest 2) Saturday... then you have to start back again Sunday in order to get 3 workouts in again the following week- which isn’t a rest between Saturday and Sunday. If you did as directed, week 2 would only have 2 workouts (Tuesday and Friday), and then week 3 (Monday, Thursday) and then start the cycle back over again week 4. The app does not recognize rest days as intended. Also have issues with the app not recognizing miles on inside workouts.

    I’ve used this app quite extensively in the past and never had an issue. As of late I couldn’t finish a workout without it freezing 10+ times. I’ve noticed that it only seems to freeze when I run indoors on a treadmill. I had to turn my phone to airplane mode in order to stop the freezing. Hope this helps developers fix the issue. Please!!!! Would hate to delete the app.
