    So far I like the progressive workouts. Also cool that they provide meal suggestions. I’m only using the free version right now. My only complaint is that the voice prompts drop out during my run. That’s irritating when I have to interrupt my run to pull my phone out of the arm band to see what’s next. I loose my rhythm. If this continues I’ll need to find a different app.

    I really enjoy the app. I have been doing it for 5 weeks and have seen great results. The only bad remark is that my Apple Watch and the app tell me I have burned different calories but the steps and time are accurate so I do not know which to trust. I have not paid for the premium and the ads do not bother me. Overall I would recommend the app!!

    I always like to run but the app wouldn’t let me since I’m 13 which is just horrible because wouldn’t be easy if you start being healthy at a early on age.

    Downloaded app last night and signed up with the free version, somehow it changed to 7 day free trial for premium but I figured that’d be okay so I can check it out before I spend the money. This morning I get an email that I got charged for the whole year, I tried to get a refund from Apple and it says it not eligible for refunds. Put in a ticket with this company and they sent an email about how to get a refund from Apple. I’ll have to contact my credit card company, very dishonest. Would NOT recommend!

    For the cost of the app, one should be able to customize it. For example food. I don’t eat fish but the meals contain fish. Perhaps in settings you could have food allergies setting and change recipes/meal suggestions based on that. Also, have weekend settings. I wake up at 4:00 AM on the weekdays but later on weekends.

    The daily running programs are fun, but the voice over acting, purportedly of coaches, is so inauthentic to what real coaching sound like, that it breaks my focus, and therefore, despite other positives, kills this app for me.

    I’d give this zero stars if I could. The app started glitching out after I paid 10 for music. I’ll be in the warmup stage then after a while look at my phone and it had been time to run, the prompt never came. I don’t want to have to keep looking at my phone during the run. I’ve tried to get in touch with the company and it’s impossible. Have emailed and never heard back. Stay away.

    It is clear that the plan is geared toward a low carb diet (which I am fine with), but you sometimes only have one meal were a vegetable is included. Often times the dinner is only a meat entree. If they are expecting the user to include their own sides that’s fine, but this needs to be clearly stated somewhere. Another complaint that I have is that the title and the ingredients often don’t match up. For example the title was “Whole-wheat Zucchini Muffin” and then they called for only coconut floor. A second example was “Grilled Salmon and Tomato Skewers, but in the instructions it only talks about zucchini. I am going to give this a week or so, but I know of a lot more recipes that are nutrient and veggie friendly.
