  • Fix the login issues

    It happens way too many times when leaving that app that I have to login again to my account. And even when I login, my league pass subscription isn’t recognized. I usually end up re-purchasing just to get a game to start playing. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’d be willing to pay a higher fee for the subscription if it worked more consistently.
  • Live games don’t load anymore

    This is my 4th years subscription for reason pass. I had been happy. This year the app won’t even load to watch the live games. I paid for something that does now work. I would spend on this app any more

    Received at email that my league pass would automatically renew for the new season. Great ! Then had to buy the league pass again in the app to access the games. Arghhhhh Go more than a couple days and it wants me to buy the pass again or says I can ‘restore’ it. I still logged in. I’ve paid for it twice already this season. It can’t seem to remember me or let me watch games. Absurd. No excuse for any of this. Should be simple to maintain subscription status in an app. Won’t do this again.
  • The League Pass is Awful

    Every season I buy the league pass and every season I regret it. I usually have to DELETE the app and reload it at least twice a game. The volume goes out and this is the only way to get it back. It also freezes constantly. I have ROKU and the Amazon firestick and it streams seamlessly. Not the case with this app.
  • Poorly functioning app

    Long history of poor functioning over many years, seemingly uncorrected by developer - resulting in intermittent usefulness: 1) constant request to “repurchase” after login and password entered followed by “restore” when “repurchasing”, 2) inability to watch archived games with odd request via button to “link” to other devices. This latter gesture does not allow games to be viewed on iPhone (running current iOS) but archived games can be viewed on my iPad. Added note: This last feature was corrected by deleting and re-downloading the app.

    I constantly have to log out and log back in or it says I have no subscription. Very annoying. Works well with my ChromeCast. Love the games!!
  • Forgets I have league pass

    I am so upset with this league pass every time I try to get on to watch a game it tells me I need to buy a package I already have. When I go to buy it again it tells me I already have it then tells me I have to link it for other devices and it won’t let me link my iPhone or iPad. I haven’t been able to watch a game yet this season. I paid my money for what absolutely nothing cause this app does not work it’s awful. I’ve been sending emails to no response. They obviously aren’t reading these reviews either. I need reimbursed if I’m not going to be able to watch games😡😡😡😡
  • Doesn’t recognize my subscription

    Too many times the app is not recognizing my subscription. I have to go through the motions of purchasing (I don’t get charged), resetting my password and sync it up again. This has happened multiple times and it is early in the season. This is very frustrating.
  • Buggy garbage application

    Constantly forgets that I’ve already bought a season pass. I’ve only been able to watch one game with no problems. Tech support is useless a totally frustrating experience.
