    The coach program is very good as it eases you into exercising. I have come a long way in 12 weeks and plan on using it for a long time. The only negative is that sometimes it has me do 50 or 100 repetitions of an exercise I have never done before under the clock. My opinion is that any "under the clock" exercises should have been drilled before and maybe included in previous intervals etc.

    Called freeletics. Literally nothing is free. Not a single workout. Save your money. Everything on here can be found on YouTube for free.

    I was really disappointed when I found out that the app wasn’t entirely free. I don’t have the kind of money to pay for this, but I know my health is at stake. I don’t know how to reach my goals on my own, which is why I downloaded this app.

  • First time first day and it was buggy

    Seems like it would be a good app if t wasn’t buggy. Went through the training on day one - somehow managed to skip a chunk without knowing, then the app proceeded to give me five seconds for some stretches and not for others, and skipped stretches on one side! The app ended with the last stretch half swiped over. Also, the app could use more voice prompts - one for each exercise, it’s hard to transition well without a prompt to let you know what’s coming next. Two stars for now because it seems promising, and I’ll keep using as I subscribed, but have to manage my own stretches at the end :/. Color me not super impressed so far.

    I’m a certified unintended workaholic and couch-potato-homebody when I’m not working. AND I’m resource limited on top of it! So I very easily and justifiably could, can, did, and do say, “I don’t have time to work out and/or I don’t have any money to join a gym or class...” But Freeletics (FL) answered ALL of my “excuses”... I did it at home on a towel and I used the free version at first! I did the fitness assessment and did workouts that were done in 15-minutes and I remember thinking, “that’s it? Ummm ok, cool.” And I continued to progress and when I hit mental hurdles the FL community was quick to encourage me and root me on. I found people whose fitness level I could only dream to be like and they friended ME... the couch potato! And I found FL friends that were struggling with the mountain climbers like I was! I have stopped and started many times making a ton of empty promises to myself along the way. The long-termers (super fit wish I could be like) are always here to say, “hi, welcome back!”and root me on when I have the courage to try again. NEVER a word of judgement! Even as frugal as I have to be, somethings are just worth buying. For me FL Coach is just one of those things I do just for me. Whenever I am ready to work on my health and fitness, FL is there. The app has gotten SO much better over the years. It seems to really understand your fitness level and provides the environment to keep you safe during a workout by making sure you warm up and do the exercises correctly and then cool down. I am definitely a FL fan and regularly recommend the app to my friends and patients. Thank you Freeletics team! I for one REALLY appreciate you... even if I never become super fit I have already become SO much more fit than when I started! I can do a burpee now! I can run 1.5km without stopping! I can do a 100 of something!!! Good grief the mental challenges this app has help me over come is worth the price alone! Feelings of self efficacy are priceless!
