    Very flexible and easier to quickly visualize the streaks of habits you have maintained (compared to similar apps). Syncing between iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch is flawless. The one feature which is painfully missing is a today widget to quickly check things off without having to navigate to the app.

    I have used a few of these habit tracking and building apps over the years. Strides has the most clean and easy to use interface out of all of them. It’s so simple to mark something off and add a note or two. I use this to track water intake, exercise, cooking and some hobbies; it could not be a better experience in my opinion.

    I’m a very data driven, goal oriented person and I can sometimes be delusional about how diligent and consistent I have been with certain habits that are critical to my success. This app has allowed me to have concrete data and evidence as to how focused I’ve been, and also helps motivate me to stay on path as nothing is more satisfying than seeing a good report card. I would, and have been, recommending this app to anyone who will listen. Habits are the building blocks of success, and this app helps create and cement that mindset. 5/5!

  • This app replaced a bunch of others

    I used to have several apps for all kinds of data logging. One for exercise, one for water, one for how many fruits and vegetables I ate during the day, how often I meditated, how many books I read. Strides is cool because it does all that and more. Everytime I think of something I'd like to log, I can in Strides. It's the versatility that makes this app so great. I also love that it's streamlined in appearance and easy to use. Thanks!

    The manual/help section makes SEVERAL clear mentions of a HISTORY button wherein you can backlig days you skipped or didnt enter right. That button does not exist. The manual is 100% repeatedly misguiding you, and all mistakes are permanent. This is a huge problem for people with organizational issues that this app claims to help with. If they add the history button back onto the app I’ll be able to upgrade this rating. Until then this just seems abusive.
