    As the project manager of a home repair company, the most time consuming part of my responsibilities is keeping things organized among all the platforms clients communicate with us through. HCP helps to save a great deal of time by combining many important task into one app. A few of my favorites are automated notifications, online booking, invoicing, and the great networking opportunities HouseCall Pro provides. The app truly pays for itself multiple times over. I often test out different productivity apps and HCP has been one of three that have stuck with us. Definitely worth testing out for yourself.

    I love how this app lets the customer stay in the loop about everything that’s going on with the job. It replaced 2 other softwares that were not this robust and it costs us a lot less every month.

    Why does your app glitch out in so many ways???? Do you want see yourselves beating competitors?? You guys are off by far; you guys want to breathe while conscious about the fact you’re only sinking deeper. Seems like some rich guy(owner of this app) is really scared to invest some serious money into making this app top notch. Besides all the glitches, here are some valid points. 1. Change the feature “Copy To Job” to erase or hide the original estimate. Annoying to highest degree to have two of the same job on my board. Immense amount of scrolling and figuring out which is which. 2.Pictures almost never load in (or take about ten minutes per pic) - everything on my phone down/uploads lightning fast except this app 3. Portrait mode for a longer signatures. 4. Notice pop up or highlighted job if someone TAGS you into a call —— there should be a Noticeable difference between the CREATOR of the job and the New Employee who’s been added to this job. 5.Option to have initials on Disclaimers/Notice that are absolutely necessary but need to be placed in a manner where it will never get confused with the signature of the WORK TO BE DONE.

    The app is severely limited compared to all of the functions available to you through a desktop browser. Would love it if they integrated all available functions on the app. Also the calendar is a jumbled mess. Additionally the estimate function leaves a lot to be desired. You can only put together multiple options on the desktop version not the app. It would also be great if you could customize it more to fit your individual needs and for a better customer presentation. Finally where’s the tablet version for the app?? Don’t get me wrong. I really like housecall and it’s price point can’t be beat but it could be so much better with a little tweaking.

    As a Roofing Contractor we’ve had too many scheduling/CRM programs approach us to count. HouseCall Pro was the least pushy and the most involved in the sales process. We found their product to be not only user-friendly but customer-friendly as well. Their iterative process of rolling out updates is matched against the requested updates of their Pros. The result is that you have a voice as their customer that is truly heard and acted upon. The app is great for our field techs. On top of all of this the fact that they have a weekly Facebook live interaction with their customers makes them head and shoulders above the competition. Highly recommend!

  • Steer Clear No Refunds

    Used this service for just over a year monthly plan but the specialist offered a $30 discount if we pay $109 per month billed annually. After 2 months we had to move and requested to cancel. We lost the full amount over $1000 with no refund or credit. They told me to reach out to COO Brooks Pettus who never returned our call.
  • Long CC Processing and glitchy

    iPhone app is very touchy and glitches out a lot. Yes I updated my phone and it a Iphone7, the CC Processing takes way to long as I run a Plumbing Service and rely on fast processing 24-48hrs to hit the account especially running 5-10k a week or day as I do have a couple Commercial Client that are in the Service Industry.
